  • Does Alqaeda Deserve to be treated with Human rights?
     OP - April 15, 2011, 03:37 PM

As you know, there are rules of engagement in War and especially on the battlefield.

As you know, NATO folllows a strict Protocol and when soldiers become rouge or go out of line, they are Punished.

Now the scenario, do you feel that member of Alqaeda who are caught, deserve to be protected with Human rights?

If a Nato soldier is caught by Alqaeda, we all know they dont give them any rights but torture, behead etc is common.

    Whats your views

If we want to make a differerence, and truly want to live up to the humanist, secular ideals, we have to apply rights to them we wouldnt get in return.

    Yes they are humans.

Not standing up for jihadis but afaik they don't torture meaning they don't beat them up and stuff. Mock executions? Yes.
