    Sometimes I'll only notice the severity of pain if I can directly see the problem, if that any makes sense.

     I'll see a wound on my arm & then it will bother me, but I wont really notice a fractured toe unless I take off my sock.

    My son will notice it, and it still won't bother him. He'll hold up a lacerated thumb at me from the back of the car and tell me that he forgot to mention he gouged it, ten hours ago or some crazy length of time like that. He is under strict instructions to report all injuries immediately.

    I think I am mostly afraid the coaches at his school will figure it out and try to get him to go in for some punishing sport.

    Hi Honeybunch.,  this phobia,. is it about  your Vomit or someone else's Vomit??

     I too have phobia if some one VOMITS in to the forum against free expression and freedom of expression...  Cheesy

    Anyways,  in real life try this experiment., if Some one is vomiting, use a face mask, and Imagine that you are Doctor or a Nurse., I am pretty sure you will control that phobia... ., Off course the vomiting person should NOT be you.. You can not use mask  when  you are Vomiting.. ..lol..

    It is about both of me vomiting and someone else's vomiting. Both the act of vomiting and the vomit.
    I would freak out if I heard or saw someone vomiting.

    Once, when I was a kid, me, my mother, aunt and little sister were out for a drive. We had just eaten pizza. My little sister starts vomiting all over the back seat. My aunt starts vomiting because she sees my sis vomit. After seeing a fucking vomit competition take place in front of me, I start vomiting which completed our perfect hat trick. I was traumatized and still vividly remember that awful day in spite of it happening almost 20 years ago.

    I hate vomiting, I'm very sensitive, and having "morning" sickness 24/7 (even waking up in the middle of the night  vomiting) for the first 4 months of pregnancy had me on the brink of a mental breakdown. I hated pregnancy, and I hated breastfeeding. I was secretly celebrating when the kiddo, on her own accord, refused to breastfeed at the age of 5 months.

    Simplest medicine for stopping such  Nausea or Vomiting  is Salted Limes/lemons.. .. make it and keep in a bottle..  or for those who have travel sickness .. travel with a bottle of   Preserved/salted lemon

    Mints and grape juice does wonders as well.
    I'm also very sensitive when it comes to seeing or hearing someone vomit. The gagging alone would make me sick.
