    Yeah man switch to Ritalin straight up. But they'll never put you on Ritalin if you tell them you've been doing fet, since their is a risk of abuse potential. Fet is useless though, it overly wires you it fucks you head up, I tend to stick to cocaine if I can't get Ritalin. I swear by cocaine though.

    When talking with people my brain is too slow with communicating. People can say such nasty things to me and I have no come back, cannot express myself, I just listen and nod. It's like I'm too slow or something.

    I wish I could be like one of those really smart people who can come out with something witty or clever or nasty on the spur of the moment, as comebacks to someone who is being an verbal arsehole.

    Hate my brain and my mouth and how long it takes for the two to connect and express myself. Maybe it's 'cause I'm a bit shy, don't know, or maybe it's 'cause I used to stutter, or maybe it's 'cause I'm just dumb in the verbal arena. Who knows. It's just so frustrating.  finmad

    I think most, if not all people have those 'think of a kick-ass comeback 3 hours later' moments and yeah it is really frustrating.  Maybe you're just a nice person who is hesitant about throwing around verbal abuse cause it might, you know, actually hurt someone's feelings  Tongue

    @Thread: I prefer whole grains over refined, has so much more taste to it ... even switched to brown flour/pastas cause once you go brown, you ain't turning round  cool2

    I get all the fibre I need from fruit and veg, and white bread and, especially, pasta is way better. Has to be good stuff, obviously.

    It's an acquired taste I guess ... I have to disagree with you on the white bread being better though, brown bread has this rustic nutty taste to it which I love. White pasta is probably better in terms of taste though ... less chewy etc

    Yeah, the thing is sometimes I do think of something not-so-nice to say back at the time, and sometimes it would really hit home, but don't want to hurt the person. But sometimes I just wish I could have a "kick-ass" comeback really quick. Nvm. I'm over it now anyway.

    That's what my mum used to do for us before school; Weetabix or shredded wheat with warm gold-top milk. For those of you too young to know that was bottle milk with a layer of thick cream on top.
