You lost your mind again, Yeez? How is sharia' better? How did America & American justice system kill the girl?

Yeez, this is why I come to the forum: to see what members (including you) have to say and maybe have a discussion. I, however, do not come to the forum to find new links, which is OK once in a while, but I'm not always in the mood for it. So unless you will present your case, I will stick to my original opinion that you just lost it, brother.

Not enough evidence. Anyone could have done that using her computer and her car.

I still hate the fact that many states still have death penalties. Remove death penalty and save a lot of tax-payer dollars.

The prosecution didn't even give a cause of death, no wonder the jury acquitted. The mother does sound like an asshat though, who doesn't report their child missing for 31 days?

She should be punished for something if there's not enough evidence to prove murder.

Yes, she should. She's been convicted of lying to the police, so she'll get a jail sentence for that at least. She should still have been charged with child neglect or endangerment or something. The prosecution stuffed up IMO by charging her with first degree murder, they were a bit too gung ho.
