I love the old soul music motown classics. Otis redding stands out in my mind. Love that music but also listen to a variety of other music includinng asian music.

I honestly do listen to anything and everything: techno, classical, traditional music from various countries, jazz, soul, etc.

At the moment, something which suits my current thoughts and obsessions, I concentrate on the current crop of Black Metal music that spills over into Shoegaze; alongside that, drum’n’bass, but either manually produced breakbeats (live drummer), or super cut–up technical works. A little bit of Classical thrown in as well (Brahms).

I have a VERY wide and eclectic taste in music. I listen to Baroque (Bach, Buxtehude, Handel, Telemann, Vivaldi, Scarlatti), Classical (Mozart, Haydn, Beethoven, Schubert), Romantic (Liszt, Late Schubert, Chopin, Paganini, Brahms, Saint-Saëns, etc), and Sinatra.

Somehow I have a feeling this this isn't the right sub-forum for such a subject.

Anywho, I listen mainly to metal: traditional, NWOBHM, doom, thrash, a wee bit of death and some old black metal bands.

I also selectively listen to european folk music and rock (very selectively, as far as rock is concerned. I avoid a lot of stuff).

EDIT: Some classical, too. I'd have to be in the mood for it.
