I'll give you a summary:

Fox News sets up stupid premise--> Silverman acts like douchebag (as I'm assuming he figured he was expected to act)--> Fox News people act like much bigger douchebags--> this segment of vacuous political theater ends and presumably cuts to commercial.

It's hard to do a transcript since they're all pretty much talking and yelling over each other, as is normal on Faux News.
