Should i just try and shift the weight as fast as possible then think about having a healthy body image ? I think i should try fun exercises (cant swim because i straighten my hair ) and the only sport i enjoyed was rounders yes i know im gay! And you guys think i should calorie count i cant help it sometimes !
I calorie count everything, absolutely everything.
But I have insane limitations for myself.
Yesterday I ate 3 slices of toast, a very very small bowl of homemade chips and a packet of dates for the whole day.
Because I ate the dates, which was high in calorie content, I refused to eat anything else.
This is so ingrained in to me now that even fruit and salad is counted. I am convinced that the food I ate yesterday made me fat because the dates took me over my severe calorie limitations. :(
I think its better not to get into the habit of calorie counting, but rather change your food habits without considering the calories. You will lose weight if you cut out junk food, processed food, and snacking on chocolate bars and tubs of ice cream.
But don't calorie count because it can get stupid.
You know if I eat a packet of nuts I panic because nuts are high in calories.
Imagine being so retarded that you eat toast for breakfast, 98 calories per slice, add some butter and spread and say 150 per slice, 2 = 300 for breakfast. But because you are like me, you have a 500 calorie per day limit on a bad day, and you eat a packet of nuts that have about 400 calories in them, and then I will simple not eat at all until the next day because even though the nut packet wasn't even the size of a packet of crisps, I am still convinced that the high calorie content = fat.
Apparantly I am wrong, but I'm not sure how. I wanted to ask somebody yesterday but I was too embarrassed to be back here on 500 calories a day.
But how can a packet of nuts that match a McD's in calorie content not be fattening?
So yeah, unless you are rational and able to understand calories, good ones, bad ones, fatty ones etc, I would steer clear before you start to see food through the eyes I do.
