Giggling is Good for You
One of the best things about laughter is that it stimulates multiple regions of our brain. Unlike other emotions, which only stimulate specific portions of our brain, laughter literally lights up our brain like a Christmas tree.
Listening to jokes actually activates brain areas important for creativity and learning. According to the author of the landmark book, Emotional Intelligence, laughter, “helps people think more broadly and associate more freely.”
Follow these tips to add more laughter to your life:
Spend time with light-hearted people and remember that laughter is contagious.• Observe children and take time to play with them.
Put funny magnets on your fridge, silly napkins on your table and a joke calendar on your desk.
Learn to laugh at yourself. Look for moments of joy and humor in each and every day.
Surf the net for jokes laugh and forward it to others so that they to can have some laughter in their life
DIAMONDS ARENT ALWAYS A GIRL'S BEST FRIEND............
A lady walks into Tiffany's. She browses around, spots a beautiful diamond bracelet and walks over to inspect it.
As she bends over to look more closely she inadvertently breaks wind.
Very embarrassed, she looks around nervously to see if anyone has noticed her little accident and prays that a sales person doesn't pop up right now.
As she turns around, her worst nightmare materializes in the form of a salesman standing right behind her.
Cool as a cucumber and displaying complete professionalism, the salesman greets the lady with, 'How may we help you today?'
Very uncomfortably, but hoping that the salesman may just not have been there at the time of her little 'accident', she asks,
'Sir, what is the price of this lovely bracelet?'
He answers, 'Madam, if you farted just looking at it,
you're going to shit when I tell you the price..............'.
