    Allah IS still watching you.
    Allah knows everything you do.
    Allah knows everything you think.
Allah does have access to the inside of your head.

That is because Allah is a construct of your mind.  Allah is the personality your mind constructed to represent something intangible so that a non-existent personality could exist, just like how you construct a personality of a relative you have never met that your parents talk about so often.

This alternate personality has access to everything inside your mind, but nothing outside of it. So imagine a little man inside your head. Imagine you can go inside there with him and bitch slap him, and all he can do is to whimper.  Grab him around the neck and throttle him, watch how he falls to his knees.  Flick him with your finger and watch him fly across your mind.  Spit on him.  Blow him over.  Eventually see him for what he is, nothing, and then imagine him shouting "nooooo" as he slowly fades away.

Any time you get an Allah twinge just purse your lips and blow, then imagine the mini-you in your mind getting blown away like a worthless tumble weed.

    this +1!!!!

Al-Ma`arri I had to look that up, cuz Im not very smart lol.

I enjoyed this bit I found tho:

    Quote
The early 19th century philosopher Søren Kierkegaard is regarded as the father of existentialism.[8][9] He maintained that the individual is solely responsible for giving her or his own life meaning and for living that life passionately and sincerely,[10][11] in spite of many existential obstacles and distractions including despair, angst, absurdity, alienation, and boredom.[12]

Jinn and Tonic: I guess because whenever some sheikh talks about Allah, he points upward. That's funny, because I never thought of it like that before. Allah is omnipresent, but all the sheikhs point upwards... hmmm shows how much they know.

TheRationalizer: Wow, that technique is actually really helpful...! Wow

Sortsdam... IF....... he even exists at all! *wink*
(which I no longer believe he does)

And isn't it nice to know you no longer have to worry about an angel on
each shoulder annotating EV-ER-Y THING you say and do? LMAO
Honestly, if I fear anything any longer, it would have to be human beings.
Cuz even IF god exists, he doesn't bother to stop psychopaths from running
    around butchering people!

I think you feel like Allah is watching you because the religion is very good at driving that point home. Im not saying you are brainwashed into believing this because that sounds a bit harsh but its a deeply imbedded concept that religion contaminates us with. Its supposed to keep us in line, keep us obeying and keep us submissive.... after all Islam is submission to the will of Allah. There is a way of pulling this thorn out and discarding it...Ive done it. Replace this feeling with something better like your own conscience. Your sense of right and wrong which is your moral guide. YOU need to replace the place Allah still holds inside you because your morality is better than his. "He" was the creation of a 1400 year old desert culture which is primative compared to what we can have now. Look at the facts of Allah or God's character in the holy books of Abrahamic religions... he is a fuckin nasty bloke! The amount of murder, cruelty and death this god prescribes is shocking

The best way to get rid of this feeling that Allah is watching you is to read about how cults and religions gain followers and recognize and accept what religion has done to you. By realising and truely accepting what religion did to you psychologically you can start cleansing yourself of it.
