    Hmmm...

    You sucked me in Berbs.

    I'll share my DT addiction.

I must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer. Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration. I will face my fear. I will permit it to pass over me and through me. OMG, I was engaged to Paolo Nutini for like a year. We had sex every day.
Have you heard Jenny Don't Be Hasty? CLASSIC!! I swear I listened to that song every single day for 6 months. And I know every single word to Last Request.
Don't make me hate you. This just isn't fair, you're meeting all my soul mates before me.

I had his album on repeat for ages when i first got it and I still listen to him now lol jenny don't be hasty is to an older woman, so I could understand it as relating to me  dance.

When he sings on stage, he has his eyes closed most of the time, when he opens them I swear he makes most of the women fall in love.  Cheesy

A sweet Canadian group. Sadly no more.  Cry

Jeff Martin has some Jim Morrison in his voice.
    The Tea Party
    Temptation
    Babylon
    Angels

I like this one a lot. I also like it because this one sport radio show used it as their theme song that I like a lot. More on Sports or as they put it Moron Sports. They would play the song and then have homer Simpsons line, "everybody, I give you your morons".

I'm not really into hip hop that is out nowadays, but back before I married, and for the first 3rd of my marriage I loved soul and RnB.

Toni Braxton - Unbreak my heart sad I just adore this song and can you believe I sang it kareoke once  Cheesy

Toni Braxton - Spanish Guitar (love of my life, if you are out there, this song is for you lol)

Toni Braxton - How could an angel break my heart

Toni Braxton - Just another sad lovesong

Joe - All the things your man won't do (sex song from back in the days  Cheesy)

Boyz II Men - I'll make love to you   dance (can't believe I remember all the words lol)

    K-Ci & Jo-Jo - All my life

But then my ex smashed all my cds telling me good muslim women don't listen to music, let alone black music. Roll Eyes

Tyrese - How you gonna act like that (my ex husband dedicated this one to me  Roll Eyes) (did I mention he was a hypocrite?)

I think you can notice how much I've changed just by the music shift.  If I was into sad music before, I was also into the idea of love, now most of my favourite tracks are anger, pain, rage lol yes I have changed.

Some of those songs made me emotional just digging them up now. sad

Oh, another song the fucker dedicated to me:

Blackstreet - Don't leave me girl  (I was trying to leave him for years lol see how old this song is)

and this from the time I really did leave and never went back:

The streets - Dry your eyes mate (realisation hitting him  Roll Eyes)

I can trace my life through music, hard to understand how it could be a sin.

Heh, like I said it was before I got married, and tbh RnB over hip hop anyday, I'm not into music that is all "my bling, my hos, my tings" with cellulite ridden big battys bouncing across the screen lol

Now, if it isn't rock of some sort, it doesn't get played in this house (unless I am making a post for a thread about music I once listened to lol)

Now THIS was how I LOVED my music back in the 90's:

    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cDeJHrw5rCw&feature=related

This music was THE music.  No thinking, just dancing, no painful emotions, just dancing, just going out on the dancefloor and losing yourself in the beats.

I would go out to this music again.  dance

I never dj'ed but I did do a stint as a dancer for jungle mania for a few months way back when lol it was by accident really, one time I was enjoying the music so much I went up on stage with a crowd of people and started dancing, the bouncers started moving everyone off the stage apart from me and my friend.  As an N  Tongue I didn't even notice until 10 minutes had passed in which me and my friend were under a spotlight, dancing to a crowd full of people.  Shocked lol when I realised I sort of slipped off the stage as quick as possible, and they offered me a job.

Oh, good times, good times.  dance

I wonder if being a thinker prevents this. Or a thinker who is intuitive. I know of other Tis like myself, but the are sensors and get into music very good was out with one a couple of weeks ago. not much dancing from me, but i liked the music. Most for me is my head shaking or feet, which is best for sitting down, because if you are standing you look like a douche sometimes. Meh, guess that my way, and I only dream about using my entire body.
