    Look, the only reason the Lord of the Rings movies were great was because of  the massive epic hour and a half non stop battle scenes. If this doesn't have the same, meh.

    Hmmmm. I'm not saying I don't like dragons. Its just that the others had armies of monsters and gigantic elephants and rocks catapulting and squashing people and stirring speeches on horseback before charging into the bastard evil followers of that giant red eye that lasted half the movie.

    I think they split the book into two movies just so they could make more room for the grand finale (which I don't want to spoil for those who don't know)(does anyone not know?)
