I think music video talents are the unsung heroes of music. They have indelibly imprinted great songs into my mind forever.

I couldn't gush enough about Neptunes. They spin gold. And they are everywhere, in every corner of music. They are crazy prolific and sought out. As hip hop producers, they are second only to the mighty RZA.

It great to see them both on the screen. They look fantastic together. It's easy to forget they are brother and sister. Unique superstars in their own right, but the same flesh and blood. What an incredible set of genes.

That's a milestone video and song too - his response to the media frenzy around those allegations. We'd seen and heard attitude in his songs, but there is real frustration in that one. Dunno. Maybe I'm just imagining it or wanting it to be there, but I feel some kind of inflection, especially in the chorus. Something I hadn't heard before.
