I notice the common definition of infidelity(which is colloqually known as cheating) is when either of the partner breach the expectation of sexual exclusivity.

Does the term transcends beyond this common definition? If so, would you care to elaborate on that?

Does is it make the offender an immoral person if he breach the expectation of sexual exclusivity?

It would be unethical to open up a relationship without a partner's consent.

But with a partner's consent, that wouldnt count as infidelity then since it doesnt have to be romantic , there are various kinds of relationship between the opposite sexes.

Yes, if the partner consents to an open relationship then I don't see how it can be regarded as 'infidelity' or 'cheating'.

What do you mean here?  There are polyamorous relationships that include being 'romantically' (not just sexually) linked to multiple partners.  (Again, with consent, of course.)

Romantic...sex combined with deep affection for a partner.

infidelity to me is not being open and honest with your partner, and going beyond the comfort zones of what you and your partner have discussed and are ok with, whether emotionally or physically.

    Do infidels commit infidelity?

In the Islamic world infidelity can lead to your dick being cut off.

Does hifidelity lead to infidelity?  Devil's music?  Elvis?

Actually, xianity has in Revelation the concept that the church is the bride of Christ, so leaving one's religion being the same as infidelity makes a horrific sense.  It really is a menage a trois in a marriage with Allah or Christ.  Catholics have pictures of Christ or crosses above their bed, is Uncle Mo ever there?
