    I found a rare tree in the bush in Corn Island, and stupidly planted it within range of a coconut tree.  Every time it throws up a new shoot,, down rain the bombs.

    I was there in the dry season, so couldn't transplant it. I am there no more. Will probably end up nuking the coconut, to the total disgust of all the crackheads who steal its nuts.

    I don't have a local flora, so I have no idea what kind of tree it is.. Large, shiny, rounded leaves. Lovely.

    Oh yeah I sorted the hibiscus propagation conundrum. Just thought I should mention that since I know how desprately worried you all were. The bulletproof method goes like this:

    1/ Wait until late autumn.*

    2/ Decide cut flowers are required for guests, and a hibiscus would look rather good with the day's cut flowers.

    3/ Forget about cut flowers for a week until they start looking really ratty.

    4/ Go to throw really ratty old flowers out.

    5/ Notice that hibiscus has little white lumpy bits on it, which are root nodes FFS.

    6, 7, 8 & 9/ Keep hibiscus cutting. Change water. Throw ratty bits out. Go get more cuttings.

    I effin love roses, just don't like the high maintenance ones. You just have to pick the right varieties for lazy buggers.

    That one was there anyway. I didn't plant it.

    I'm not even going to take a photo of my garden  Grin  nothing would shame me more.

    I have this plant/weed in my garden.  When I moved in 6/7 years ago, there was only 1 of these things, now this plant/weed has taken over my garden entirely.  It and the blueberry bush have killed any other plant, and all the grass in the garden. 

    I really must identify what the fuck this plant is, so I know how to get rid of it. 

    I hate my garden.

    Short answer: glyphosate. It kills most plants and doesn't kill people.
