Re: Quotes for a tattoo

My issue with tattoos, although I think I still want to get one, is that there are soooooooo many options for sooooooo many different drawings/designs and text to put on your body.
How will I know I will still like that one specific thing I choose in 10 years? There's way too many to pick from, that I wouldn't be able to decide on just one tattoo. I could get 50 and still not be satisfied with that because... I'd just want to change it up.
I don't feel like I can know just a few very meaningful things for me to permanently etch on my body. I don't know if there's anything that stands out to me. There have been things important to me in the past, and currently, that I have ideas about... but... again, even with those, there are a million different ways to approach the same idea for a tattoo. So what to do?
So I guess in this sense, I don't feel like I'm meant to get a tattoo. I think people who are can naturally decide, and just KNOW exactly what they are going to ink themselves with. That's a good sign, I believe, that you really know how to express something that means a lot to you. Again, I know what means a lot to me, but I guess I don't know in what specific way I want to express it.
Rather be forgotten than remembered for giving in.
