    It wasn't the right move, I didn't see the attack from Asbie and I wanted to castle for safety.

    If he wanted to castle at move 20 then there wasn’t anything stopping it. I don’t understand why it didn’t allow it!

    KAY what I suggest to Asbie and GRB is to start a new game, do the exact same moves as before, and then GRB try to castle (but he has to castle, if he doesn't then this is a waste of time). I bet it'll let him castle this time.

    It's really annoying, I had a very good match up to that point, it did play on my mind and it left my king out in the open, so yes. I don't want to play on this board, I don't want to have something go wrong after 30 minutes, it's a waste of time.

    Seriously, if you're going to play chess you should get the names of the pieces right. It will save a lot of confusion.

    I don't want to try on another board cuz part of the fun was how CEMB-ish this entire thing was, but if everyone else agrees then I'm good with it.

    Yeah, must be frustrating, but can you please tell me clearly if you want a rematch or a draw or what? If it's a draw, neither one of you have won or lost?

    Conversely, what I could do is count this as a Win for Asbie, but not as a Lose for you (just erase this entire game from your record). Then, to decide the winner, we do a PERCENTAGE of wins, not total number of wins.

    No, it was a glitch. Check out their game, there is no reason he couldn't have castled. And I'm pretty sure he knows how to Castle.

    Castle on the queen side after check, with the checking piece having been moved out of the checking position.

    Anyway, while Os deals with fixing that (btw Os are you paid or is this volunteering?), let's just figure out this Win/Loss thing.

    Asbie, GRB, sit down together somewhere on Chat or something and figure it out. -_- The options are as follows:

    1. Rematch (don't really want this to happen, in fact, if this does happen then I'm gonna be very biased in any future games with you two, so decide against this)

    2. Decide something for next time you guys play (Asbie being white). Maybe Asbie can't castle or something? And Asbie wins this game.

    3. Deal with it, Asbie wins GRB loses.

    4. I could make it a draw, neither one of you win or lose. It'll make the chances of both of your winning the tourney go down though. Unless I do it as a percentage of wins and completely erase this game from your records.

    5. Make Asbie win, this is erased from GRB's record and I do the winner based on percentage of wins.

    So figure it out. I can come on Chat if you want.

    I didn't draw because it wasn't a drawn position. I was clearly ahead by that point.  Cheesy

    @Clubs, Yes I know. But I don't think he had moved the castle on A1 prior to when he wanted to castle (after move 19B). He then moved his rook because he couldn't castle for move 20.

    Talk about it! Are you guys like 5 or something? It would definitely not count as a Loss for him, that is unfair towards him.
