I liked the way she threatened them by saying that the video was on it's way to Facebook and twitter. It ties in nicely with what Billy was just posting about here.

I have no idea on the actual laws in place. But judging by what she says in the video. It sounds to me like those guys do not actually have any real power. She says something like "you are only here to advise". So basically they are there to harass people but they may not have the authority to actually force anyone to leave. Anyway that is what it sounds like from what she says in the vid.
