Their backs were up against the wall, but the Germans showed no mercy, no empathy for their fate. Well I am glad that Greece got the second goal. That took the scoreline from being a total humiliation (4-1) to what seems like an exciting game (4-2). It's much easier to tell people that you lost 4-2 than 4-1. That's probably saved a lot of anxiety in Greece now.
