That IS really good advice. My sister gave me a book once, "How to make people say Yes" (or something). It had advice like that, on how to ask questions and stuff.
Ummmmmmmmmmm. I don't know if this has been the
best advice, but it's the one I remember most: When I was 10-ish, I was asking my mum about funerals and all that stuff, cuz I had read Gone With the Wind and in it Scarlett O'Hara has to be in mourning for like a YEAR. Anyways, she told me, "Muslims don't intensely mourn for more than three days." And I asked why, and she said, "Because a person shouldn't be in heavy grief for a long time. They can be sad, but they can't let that stop their actual day-to-day living."
So I dunno, that wasn't advice per se, but I think it was smart. I could analyse it, but I won't.
