I don't think there is any alcohol in it any more, but as far as I know, there used to be... if you're really concerned, you can call up the customer/consumer hotline on the bottle. They will tell you.
When I was with my X, someone told him that TimTams have alcohol in them and therefore are haram, so my X got me to call up the hotline, and they said that yes there was a small percentage of alcohol in TimTams (think it was like 0.2% or something) but that it was cooked out during the cooking process (therefore no alcohol left in the TimTams by the end of the cooking process). Anyways, that was the end of me being able to eat TimTams, as he was like,
Nope, it's haram, you can't eat them...
