    This started from an argument about me not being able to tell if a certain guy is handsome or not, so i want to find out if im not the only one here.

    Right now if you ask me why i think Brad Pitt is hot, i would say its because most women find him so and the hollywood adores him not because i really find him attractive, to me he is just an ordinary guy, not Yusuf.

    If your answer is Yes, please state your reasons and i mean serious answer Grin

    I didn't vote, but I think Cato is aesthetically blind. Some men are obviously more attractive than others, you don't need to be sexually attracted to them to see that. piggy

    It's just aesthetic appeal, mainly symmetry if the guys face has proportional futures with really good symmetry. That's kind of the same rules I apply to a girl. I think wow that guy looks sexy I bet he gets alot of girls, or if I had his looks. It's never: "I want to suck his dick" well not when am sober anyway.

    Attractiveness is quite easy to understand. Hell, there are even units to measure how attractive someone called Helens, taken from the name "Helen of Troy". Anyways, attractiveness is about proportions and ratios. You can instantly see Brad Pitt is attractive because he has a balanced face. If we look at someone like Jay-Z we can instantly see that he is aesthetically unappealing because he has lips that cover half his face, making the proportions and ratios eschewed. Just my two cents. Another thing I have realized through my short life is that different people find different things more attractive. For some men, the body of a woman is very important, and the face is relatively less. The same for some women. Usually people who find aesthetically pleasing faces to be very important tend to be artsy. I'm not straight in a sexual sense of the word but I am hetero-romantic. Does that count for "straight guys only"? Tongue
