     OP - October 03, 2012, 09:35 PM

BBC Radio 1 Newsbeat is looking into the way Muslims think about the way Islam is portrayed in the UK today. They want to profile four people, everyone from those who are fundamental in their beliefs right down to someone who has denounced their faith.

Radio 1 Newsbeat has a target audience of 15-24 and is looking for an ex-Muslim of that age group who is willing to talk about the reasons as to why they’ve denounced Islam.

If anyone is interested in participating in the programme, can you please email Maryam Namazie at exmuslimcouncil@gmail.com as soon as possible.

Well it's not necessarily for me but I was just curious and I thought someone willing to do it may want to remain anonymous. Thank you though (don't go to any trouble, I'm sure people will come foreward regardless).

Well if your looking for non-anonymous people you will likely get adult ex muslims.

I don't think teens who are still financially dependent on their parents will be willing to take that risk. But anyways good luck in finding people.    Smiley

In my opinion a life without curiosity is not a life worth living
