Ever noticed the Creationist propaganda they use regarding Evolution?
OP - October 18, 2012, 06:17 PM

Every time I have a debate with Creationists regarding Evolution, I always get the "Well you have the right to your opinion and we have the right to ours" When I hear that my blood just boils because that is nothing but paid propaganda. Evolution is a scientific fact not an opinion. I love how they slide that nonsense in and try to act like their creationist ideologies are as valid as Evolutionary facts by claiming both are each others "opinion"

Of course they would say that. You don't expect them to say: ''Your verified scientific information is vastly superior to our stupid bible babble, but I'm going to stick to our stuff anyway, because it's much simpler for my single-celled brain to understand'', do you?

Of course not, but the problem arises is when Scientific laws are compared to an opinion, it merely gets down played, not based on actual merit, but through propaganda hysteria. That is where rational thinkers need to hit hard on. Make sure propaganda of such cannot be allowed to become popular in discussions. These are nothing more than escape routes for theists and they need to be blocked off and cornered

"Everyone's entitled to an opinion" seriously needs to be changed to "Everyone's entitled to what they can fucking argue for" sometime soon...

Tell them they are entitled to their opinion and you're entitled to tell them they are fucking wrong.

So once again I'm left with the classic Irish man's dilemma, do I eat the potato or do I let it ferment so I can drink it later?
