Educated relatives are starting to read all this and eat it up faster than a fat kid meeting cake. I'm getting weary--very, very weary. I'd love a bit of dissection before my head explodes.

..... great changes taking place in India and in the world. Pakistan finally came into being in 1947 and the Maulana and his entire family had to make Hijrah from India to Pakistan..... We now live in a similar age in which monstrously evil changes are taking place in the world and I have a responsibility to explain and to guide those around the world who turn to me for guidance....

I expect great wars to commence soon - and these wars will not only affect Muslims world-wide, but also affect my freedom to travel. As a consequence I have postponed travel to Egypt, Bangladesh and Pakistan, and I am postponing travel to Mauritius which was scheduled for December. I do hope that the visit to Mauritius will take place with a few months from now Insha Allah.  ......We are about to witness what we long anticipated, to wit: a Turkish-led NATO attack on Syria to remove the present Syrian regime and replace it, Libyan-style, with another so-called Islamic regime. How else will Israel be able to claim that a ‘rising Islam’ now menaces that country, and that Israel is being surrounded by that menacing Islam and must wage pre-emptive war in order to survive? How else will Israel be able to replace USA as the next ruling State in the world

Frankly, I don't understand where the 15 years of studying come into play. I haven't looked through the book yet, but the articles only look like a few hours of work maximum.

Why do people even bother calling them scholars. People (especially we freethinkers) need to stop giving them that status.

I just refer to them as imams or preachers. I reserve the term scholar for academics who have put in the hard work to deserve the title.

In my opinion a life without curiosity is not a life worth living
