Now I know why honor killing is on the rise!

First of all, I am new to CEMB This is my first post So happy to be here!

The rise of honor killing from my own perspective.

Why honor killing is on the rise in the middle east? I always wondered why! Really!
I thought it is a cultural thing that has nothing to do with religion,, turns out that religion is involved here!

Well, they keep lying to everybody that Sharia Law is condemning all kinds murders! These acts does not represent Islam,, Islam respects women, blah blah blah! That's not true!

All aspects of a Muslim's life are based on Shariah Law! And Sharia law is giving a blind eye for this crime.

Here is the explanation why:
According to Sharia Law, if a father intentionally killed his daughter or son, they won't execute him for that but instead, he can pay Diyya!

What about the mother? If a mother intentionally did that, she has to be executed...

Do you remember that Saudi preacher who's accused of torturing his five-year-old daughter "Lama" to death.. They set him free!

Yes! They set him free! I just heard that yesterday!

I am so sorry for you Lama! Your only crime is being born in a
misogynistic culture..

If it isn't cultural, explain why in India, all the non-muslims practice honor killing, infanticide, etc?

well they must have learned that and . rascals continue to practice brutal things that are carried through generations from the caves of their ancestors.. Some of them are Same like Bedouin baboons of 7th century ..

I don't think Islam is to blame, but it doesn't help it and in some cases is used to justify it. Which is the problem.
