I hear it too

He says something interesting about Quranic analysis in the Arab world. Just shows that no matter how much work is done in the west, if it doesn't spread to the relevant places it makes no difference.

Yep. And it won't spread there as long as any critical scrutiny of Islam is met with takfiri calls for punishment for apostasy. The undoing of the apostasy taboo is tantamount to progress in Muslim majority countries. When you think of yourself as Exmuslim, know that it's not just about you, you are part of a movement that will change things for the better the more being an apostate is no longer seen as a taboo or a crime.

I agree. Unfortunately, however, we have not seen the promised land. We have not even seen the mountain top. I'm afraid there are still many more years of wandering before the Muslim world gets to that point.

It's true what he says about Islam having an exotic allure in the West. It makes me throw up in my mouth when I hear the Lauren Booth's of the world cream their sexually frustrated knickers and gush about how fabulous and misunderstood it is. "Oooh, look at me in my mystical flowing desert garb. I'm now 100% more cultured and worldly and spiritual and modest and pretty!" She thinks she's been fucking sainted or something. Floating around like Mother Earth, like she can heal sick children now. You haven't been sainted. You've been really fucking dumb.

I have thought of making a vid or 2 as well but I can't stand my own voice either, when I hear myself on a tape or if I record my own voice and hear it I can't recognize myself, fucking lame plus I have a heavy Slavic Accent when it comes to English even though my Grammar and English vocabulary are very good.

The guy makes excellent point about moral appeal and the pseudoscience and language.
