    It's not even good propaganda. Even if they were devil worshippers, it would be meaningless. It would do nothing whatsoever to show that the islamic state's crimes are any less evil.

    Dude, just because you are nice doesn't mean that it isn't degrading that women in patriarchal society are treated like maids.

    "Happy" marriage in religious terms (both Xtian and Islamic) involves having the women taking care of all household chores, just like maids.

    I would know, I lived that life for a long time. Dirty dishes? Women do it. Women scrub the toilet, do all the cooking, sacrifice her career and dreams to support the family.

    Yes, I did feel like a maid. It's obvious that if guys do household chores they're just being "nice" because ultimately, as a woman that's my job. Women = go-to-maid.

    Sorry for the misunderstanding, I was referring to those "righteous" men who preach about gheerah and are always telling women how to dress. The type who have polygamous marriages and insist on having as many kids as they can to "expand the Ummah". I know that many Muslim men are not like this but these are the type of men I grew up around.

    I saw that, can you imagine the outrage that would come from those same people if someone said that the blood of non-Muslims was more valuable? This superiority complex was another major thing which put me off religion.

    Also reminds me of my parents, who would constantly tell us about horrific abuses happening in foster homes to let us know "hey, we at least do the bare minimum to keep you alive--call the cops, and you might not even get that."

    But im not judging people anymore

    i think we as humans should understand one another

    i believe in peaceful co existence

    we all have our own unique life experiences

    but i still enjoy a cheap laugh so this place entertains me when at work or even home for that matter

    but my wife may start suspecting me once again lol

    planning on going umrah next year should be fun Smiley
