    Islam likes to keep things to islam good everything else bad. Not surprising you haven't heard of them. Did you read through the seeker's rants thread? Curious to know what you make of it. Sometimes a little repetitive but there is some variety  Smiley

    If the seeker thread keeps on going there is something I'm curious about. He said having sex with a 9 year old is wrong. Slavery is wrong. But it took the kind of thinking he finds perverse to lead us to this point. This 36 second clip sums it up for me.

    I used to think slavery is okay back in the day,that it was normal at that time,but now I think it's just wrong,also for having sex with a 9 year old,I don't care what other people say about how girls hit puberty earlier at that time and were able to have sex,it feels wrong and it is wrong,especially that he was in his fiftees and in some hadith she fucking played with dolls.I still remember mentioning it to my mom and she just replied with : don't go down that road ..

    Muslims keep preaching Islam for having morals and giving human rights,jews and christians do the same when religion doesn't do that at all,if god is merciful and peaceful why didn't he ban slavery and war and violence .... It just seems fucked up.
    And also on the subject there's a pedophilia case in Morocco about a spanish guy who raped little kids from 3-15 and still people are praising Mo.

    All the emotions associated with him are suspiciously human like craziness,wanting to control everyone,jealousy,selfishness.In my opinion,if there was to be a creator we should love and respect him and not fear him,just like the relationship a parent have with their children.

    With the teachings of the quran with the muslims being superior, the non muslims inferior, the right and encouragement to invade, slaughter and enslave, I honestly can't see much difference between the quran and mein kampf..

    Hitler was against other whites, gays, gypsies, jews, blacks, anything that didn't fall into his definition of perfect German Aryan supremacy. In fact you'd be surprised how many white people he was against and the propaganda that followed.

    Yeah he idolized the german aryan gene and hated the rest but most of the people he killed were jews.I also heard he killed the deaf,blind,disabled people in general because they couldn't fight for him.

    Who wrote this poem ? It's sadly beautiful.I feel so bad for Saffiyah,having your father and husband tortured and murdered and have to sleep with their killer.I can't imagine how she felt,poor girl..

    I heard about this band when I was 15, there was a documentary on them by some religious people for being evil. The charges were painting a negative portrayal of religion. One example was from a song, I'll have to look it up but I remember the lines "Preaching peace and mercy beneath the shadow of the knife. A papal reign of terror, slaughter in the name of Christ."

    Another was delighting in sex and love, and praise for Lilith. Which made me look into Lilith lol. Fascinating jewish story, it might have once been in the torah but I can't recall. Another was the blasphemous content by pointing out the hypocrisy of religion, I think the writer worded it.

    Like I said I'm not sure if this was in the torah at some point or came from somewhere else but I'll work on what I know from memory.

    In the beginning, god created the first humans, Adam and Lilith. He created both of them from clay. Adam tried to force her to be submissive and when she refused he turned to god for help. God commanded Lilith to submit to Adam, and Lilith replied something along the lines of "Did you not create us both from the earth? Am I not equal to Adam?" God said no, that she must live as second to Adam, so Lilith chose to leave the garden of Eden rather than live as a slave. She rose into the sky and was stopped by an angel, I think it was Gabriel but would have to double check. He ordered her back, she refused and they both ended up having sex for some reason. After she seduced the angel she continued to make her own way in the world. For this she was cursed. In popular culture she's sometimes portrayed as the mother of demons, or a succubus, and to this day some still have a charm to ward her off. If memory serves she's blamed for causing women to lose their babies, men ejaculating in their sleep, and other things.

    After creating woman the same way as man and having woman rebel, god took a rib from Adam and made Eve, the mother of the human race. God made Eve from Adam's rib so as she came from man she would serve and obey man as second. Can't have women thinking for themselves after all

    So yeah, woman wants to live her own life, gets turned into a demon, and when some people come along, decide she wasn't that bad and write songs and poetry praising sex strength and femininity, they get religious people in a huff.

    What the fuck is it with the abrahamic religions and their absolute TERROR of women?

    I didn't know Lilith even existed,it's not mentionned anywhere in any holy book.
    I used to watch this tv series about mary and her life and this jew priest said that the torah was written for men and not for women  Cheesy
    I don't really know why they fear women,it's always pictured like females are some kind of poison,I guess it's because if they give enough education to women they'll be able to rule any country just as fairly as a man.

In this repose, all evil chose to claim her for their very own" are obviously wrong because the torah/bible/quran teaches women are this.
