Krauss isn't a debater. He's a scientist and a teacher. And let's be honest, does anyone watch a debate with Krauss for his debating skills?

Lane is pretty much a dick. He's very selective in what he asserts. When he goes against an actual philosopher who doesn't have bat shit crazy ideas he suddenly becomes very defensive when it's pointed out that his conclusions don't always matching the evidence. The clearest one I can think of is his assertion that most scholars agree that the "empty tomb" is some kind mystery and shows that Jesus rose from the dead, which most scholars in fact say it's interesting that within the Christian narrative there is a congruence of testimony and while lacking in outside verification doesn't conclude that Jesus rose from the tomb.

So once again I'm left with the classic Irish man's dilemma, do I eat the potato or do I let it ferment so I can drink it later?
