If humans were created "perfect" then it would stand to reason that anything a perfect being does must be good. This is, after all, the argument commonly used by theists when excusing their deity of choice. He's God, therefore perfect, therefore anything he does must be good even if we don't understand it.
Now if he's perfect, and if he created humans perfect, then anything humans do must be good, and therefore cannot be sinful.
