  • For those that suffer with anxiety/GAD/etc!
     OP - October 12, 2013, 07:14 PM

I might suffer from GAD/generalized personality disorder and symptoms have been occurring for more than 6 months. Might be derived from thyroid problems or other. Now, it affects me but I never show it. Right now, I felt like I couldn't breathe because of the idea of religion and no reason otherwise, I am listening to this:

This is real heaven guys. This removed the heavy feeling in my chest.

And if you want something to meditate to (which is also another more deeper self-treatment of anxiety) :

Oh and you know how religion claims yoga to be "sinful, forbidden, devil attracting"? Who cares! This literally helps you feel better, physically and spiritually and relieves anxiety!

Deep breathing, listening to calming slow music and also, talking to others who give you advice helps too!  yes

Anyone else who suffers from anxiety, worrying, depression, other mental disorders? Let's talk  far away hug

Just finished listening to these three. Nice.

`But I don't want to go among mad people,' Alice remarked.
`Oh, you can't help that,' said the Cat: `we're all mad here. I'm mad.  You're mad.'
`How do you know I'm mad?' said Alice.
`You must be,' said the Cat, `or you wouldn't have come here.'

I had an anxiety attack previously so I put these on and the pressure lifted in my chest and I felt happy and giddy and calm afterwards.

Sometimes visual art can help, too. I like lots of color.

Oh yes it does. I especially fancy rainbows, because I tend to be picky with colors and seeing just a spectrum of 5 helps me get all happy.

You may say I'm a dreamer, but I'm not the only one. Ahh, if he would have lived to see Europe basically leave religion behind with other countries following suit.
