    Q1. How many animals, (we can have different animals and differing numbers)would you have killed in order to save one human life. Would you let 50,000 sheep/goats/pigs/cattle die before the tip was reached. What about chickens/ millions. Mosquitoes? Koalas? Pandas?

    Depend on the person maybe, if it was a child or a criminal. if it was a celebrity (though that might count against, two chickens for Rihanna)balck, white, rich, poor or maybe not.

    I know I haven't asked a exact uestion, but I hope you get my drift.

    Q2.

    would it be acceptable to have child porn, let me clarify - depicting girls/boys in the 12-16 age group ? As long as it is a cartoon?

    1)  I would kill any amount of animals to save a human life, unless the animal was an endangered species.  I'm not sure what my limit would be then, have to mull over that one.

    2)  I'd go with whatever the studies say on this one, if any studies have been done.  If allowing cartoon child porn was likely to encourage offenses against children - no.  If allowing it made children safer by giving paedophiles a harmless outlet for their urges - yes.

    Q3. Why are some people 'insert x' when it comes to helping others.

    I used to run a 'insert y' store, it involved an employee/manageress locating 'sources' - A list of names of brands and their contact people and phone numbers/addresses. My employee had them in her 'book'.

    Out at lunch, my employee, I receive a call, a female wants to enquire about the brands in store, (she was from miles away) where/how/what blah blah blah. Thankfully I said, wait for my girl, she is out to lunch and I will ask her.

    when she returned from lunch, told her about it and asked her to ring her back - I have never seen someone explode, expletive laden diatribe about how long/comprehensive/dear to her heart/collated etc her list of contacts was, and there was absolutely no fucking chance in a million years of that ever happening.

    I would to an extent. maybe that is where I go wrong.

    I was going to tackle this today but I ma literally falling asleep? think I might hit the sack for a coupla hours, won't be able to sleep tho, or more likely will stay up. If I power nap I will be ok if and when 3 turns up.

    As many as reasonable. Yes a harsh answer but I value human life over animal life. In terms of medical research animal testing has saved millions of lives.

    This works in Japan. I see no reasons why alternative methods to helping people can not be used. Just as methods used for people with anger management issues involve them beating the crap out of a pillow. Marriage issues at times involves the couple using nerf-bat on each other as an outlet without the physical repercussions.

    That is just weird. If she is an employee, why would she object? If she is employed by the store and collecting information about the store and it's stock, then that list does NOT belong to her at all. It is the store's property. Fired!

    I employed her as a manageress, I would pay for everything but like a twat I am and have never learnt since is to do something myself, atke charge, man manage and I deffo cant woman-manage.

    Anyways, we would stock up, I left her to make the decisions as to which brands to buy from. I trusted her to make the right decisions. She had plenty of money of mine to spend.

    All during this time she had been collecting numbers and names of peoples and places we visited. She wrote them down/phoned them/chose the merchandise - and wrote it in the book

    You can't manage like that. You have money come in the front door (from sales) and then you just let it fall out the back door. You need better employees so you can keep your profits up and your customer base happy. I hope you don't do it like that anymore.

    No, I am not in charge anymore. thing is I was boss and off my head and therefore wanted employees who were straight/sober because I wasn't but you didn't really find many who wanted to work there, straight people don't usually interest me but that is because I can't separate business from pleasure.

    That is why I would like to set up a porn company. sorry 3, but it is just a comedic liner to end this post on.

    The biggest drug dealer in my town won't hire anyone who uses. He knows who they all are. I always try to get his employees over to my company.

    Personally, I'd be somewhat less dogmatic. TBH it would depend on which human we were talking about, and which animal(s) we were talking about. In some cases I may well choose to kill the human instead of killing even one animal.

    However, this is not the most interesting question that is currently relevant, IMO. A more interesting question, and one that I think our species seriously needs to consider, is whether it is acceptable to keep expanding our usage of space and resources without regard to the needs of any other species. At some point, I think that becomes both disgusting and unacceptable.
