    I couldn't watch more than a few seconds of this.

    Can we get confirmation that this is what it says it is, that it is from Saudi Arabia and any other details can be gleaned?

    OP says not a woman, but a young boy. Post on liveleak says it's a "her". Can't confirm if it's actually Saudi Arabia. No other sources on the net are speaking about this. Video doesn't seem staged, so either way, it still happened somewhere and it's fucked.
