Finland is not Catholic/Protestant. We don't have fasting and besides that, we are not even christians but seculars.
In my class of 30 there were two christians and they were immigrants. So no, we don't fast or have anything religious 24th of December besides going to church and even that is very unreligious. Some pastors are atheists Cheesy

Huh!.. the world is going bad to worse ..atheists.. yap atheists.. RASCALS ARE THE REASON WHY WORLD IS GOING BAD TO WORSE..

Country needs good people.   Import some priests  and mullahs., bad Finland  finmad finmad

Do not let silence become your legacy.. Question everything

but tell me something about Jesus you know/you understood..

What you mean? What I understood about Jesus from the Bible?

I know  a great person from Finland  Prof.   Bo G. Malmström  ., I think he moved to Sweden.

I don't know if it's other guy with same name and profession or if you mix two guys together, but only Prof. Bo G. Malmström I can think of was born in Stockholm (Sweden), worked in Uppsala (Sweden) and died in Göteborg (Sweden) in 2000. So if you mean the biochemist, then he was not from Finland. His name is not Finnish either.

I ask many stupid questions frequently.

Oops you are right Siunaa Maailmaa  I mixed up.. That was Prof. Martin  Wikström in my mind.., Dr. Wikström  is still alive...

But  did you know Prof. Bo G. Malmström?

     finmad = That smiley's code is : finmad :
    Weird coincidence.

Our best known priest is like 6'4" transexual and second best known priest is some politician who supposedly drinks very much alcohol. He is also politician (social democrat), who said that he is social democrat because: "My Lord Jesus was a social democrat in some way"
So yeah, I like our priests more than those religious homophobic "real" priests and mullahs, but sure, from religious point of view, Finland needs some more fundamental stuff. Religious christians got angry when our priests borrowed some church for muslims Cheesy

    Mo Ho Ho.

What did you get for Xmas?

I will post pics in another thread but what I got are:

2 x CK One (because it was on sale).
    Where's Wally Onsie
Slave 1 from Empire Strikes Back (Boba Fett's ship)
A wallet to replace my 16 year old one. Not gonna happen. My children are going to use that wallet one day, inshallah.

    Merry Pagan/Christ mergence day...s!

How dare you tarnish Christmas by mentioning religion on this special day!

`But I don't want to go among mad people,' Alice remarked.
`Oh, you can't help that,' said the Cat: `we're all mad here. I'm mad.  You're mad.'
`How do you know I'm mad?' said Alice.
`You must be,' said the Cat, `or you wouldn't have come here.'

    Thanks for the video Yeezevee.
I've not watched it all, as I'm on way to something else.
Most people who have done much research on their Christian believes would know Christmas is something they should have no part in due to it's non-Christian origin.
Even a glance at an old Worldbook Encyclopedia would help. The basic information isn't hard to find.
Most people don't care they do it for the fun. They don't have enough imgination to think of somerhing else on their own.
Another group does Christmas because they are the ones spoken of in the Bible as just wanting to have their ears tickled.
However each person is individual responsible for using their brain to evaluate the information available to them and act on it.

If at first you succeed...try something harder.

Failing isn't falling down. Failing is not getting back up again.
