In Quran says..."And We are closer unto him than his jugular vein " or " He is nearer to a man than the man's own jugular vein."

S.A.M  you have neither read Quran nor you know how to read,  forget its interpretation... you take some parables from here and there and write some gibbrish

Do not let silence become your legacy.. Question everything
I renounced my faith to become a kafir,
the beloved betrayed me and turned in to  a Muslim

Why does it matter what the quran says? The quran isn't true.

`But I don't want to go among mad people,' Alice remarked.
`Oh, you can't help that,' said the Cat: `we're all mad here. I'm mad.  You're mad.'
`How do you know I'm mad?' said Alice.
`You must be,' said the Cat, `or you wouldn't have come here.'

Why does it matter what the quran says? The quran isn't true.

Firstly, we need to know Allah exist and bear a witness with our own eyes "Nothing exists except Allah"  before we can accept Islam is a true religion and Quran..Book of Allah is word of Him.

I am here NOT to persuade anyone to become Muslim.. This is wrong in Islam teachings.. 'No compulsion"

So if there's no compulsion why do we need to know allah exists? For what reason? Obviously other things exist. And the quran is the continuous reimagined myths of the region. It's not the true words of an all powerful creator. I know this because if it were, it wouldn't be wrong.

Also, if there's no compulsion in religion, why does islam also say we'll be tortured for all eternity if we don't believe the exact same thing you believe?

It all depends on the individual interpretations of Quranic verses. No compulsion in religion..

In my opinion no complusion in religion ( believe). If I dont want to do 5 Pillars of Islam etc.. No one can force me to do it

You do realise this has no bearing on whether or not it's true?

SAM, the core of the problem is that your proofs are on equal footing with the proofs of any other religious book, including God's other bestseller.

If you are being intellectually honest, the same thing that makes you accept Islam's writings as truth would also make you accept everything the Bible says as truth.

But, as you can see, that creates a bit of a problem, so sticking with one or the other holy book is much like picking a favorite sports team: maybe there's some story behind why you like it best, but it's probably just the sports team of your hometown, or the one that your father liked.

That's so true to yourself (individual) not for others.

But islam isn't a personal truth. It's an entire dogma that insists it is the truth.

So, dont let dogma prevent you to know the truth or from finding your inner truth..regardless any religion..

Sam has no reasons for believing Islam over another religion. I think this is clear to many by now. The emotion appeal and emotional reinforcement are the reason he believes, nothing else.

That's the problem. All religions are dogmatic. The stories in every religion are not facts, they are just beliefs. Beliefs are not facts. Even Muslims do not agree among themselves - which stories are to be believed.

My comment was more about your failure to provide any answer above what any one can claim of any god or spirit they wish to and have done so for centuries. Most of your answers amount to little more than religious catch-phrases which say nothing at all in the end.

That's why. in the teachings of Islam, Christianity and Judaism members of different sects argued with one another over the correctness of their respective interpretations. In other words different sects have different opinions.

    Dawud :: Book 40 : Hadith 4579

    Narrated AbuHurayrah:

Muhammad said: The Jews were split up into seventy-one or seventy-two sects; and the Christians were split up into seventy one or seventy-two sects; and my community will be split up into seventy-three sects.

So, there is only one sect out of many sects of Muslims, Christians or Jews accepted by Allah.

Which one a true faith and pure religion and claimed by Allah.

SAM, if there were literally only one "God" theory, you might have legs to stand on, but, as you are picking your religious texts out of innumerable religious ideologies that all claim to be divine knowledge, your behavior is only special pleading.

The same would be said by a Christian about the Bible, as the Bible and accompanying texts makes the same claim to the same magnitude. Islam has no edge to set it above the divinity claims of Christianity.

And you can't both be right. You can both be wrong, though.

Religion of Christianity belongs to God, not Jesus. God already provides evidence to prove to you that Christianity is a true religion.

    Easy, right?

But it's OK, SAM. I get you. You're free to believe in whatever makes you feel good.

Jesus himself has failed to prove God's existence as well as other Prophets except Muhammad alone can prove Allah exists.

No one has proved God's existence, and that's why it's called "faith" and "belief," and why you're here right now responding to an atheist.

But, like I said, SAM, we're good.
