    Do you have any info from other countries? Saudi, Yemen, Kuwait, Pakistan, etc. ?

    No, sorry. I would assume that any type of organisation in the countries you listed would be of a clandestine nature and hence sworn to secrecy.

    Oh I'm sure there are secretive facebook/reddit support communities and what have you, but nothing dealing with activism as such AFAIK.
