Such long hours. 11 more to go.

Oh, right, aren't we next door to each other, Wiselyskeptical? 11 hours does seem long right about now.  mysmilie_977 At least if I crack, it seems like the husband won't be awake all day anyway. Only a dog around to catch me.

^ Ahh, I see that with international students here ...... when Ramadan rolls around, they say they're fasting, and the mosque is packed with college kids. Grin

Lua you know what am i doing right now?

Reading Quran, thinking about it and spitting the spit out.. SO FOLLOWING STRICT RULES OF ramadan.. not even eating my own saliva ..

    well I mean brushing teeth..

anyways tell the rascals., in this month "Muslims are supposed to loose the weight"... not binge eating  add more pounds...

"Ohyee believers ., Pray ..pray long and hard., and  Allah will give Jannh to all  those who loose maximum weight in the month of ramadan".......Quran.XXX.yze

allah revealed that verse to me just now..  So tell those international rascals to loose maximum weight in this month..

Do not let silence become your legacy.. Question everything
I renounced my faith to become a kafir,
the beloved betrayed me and turned in to  a Muslim

I remember when peeps would come round my house asking for money to build a mosque though we knew we'd never see a mosque being built. Locals from the next town have raised £1.6 mill for a mosque to be built. That was over 5 years ago.

I'd sooner give money for a Satanic centre than mosques.
Or how about to things that matter like Amnesty International or IOM.

I have heard all my Islamic life that the Sauds do that, sleep through the fast.

This is true from my experience when I went to Jedda (not sure of the spelling). I stayed at my great aunts house for three days and the schedule was as follows:

    - Sleep till 1pm
    - break the fast at around 6-7pm
    - next meal at 9-10pm
    - then go out shopping till around 3am (the city is alive during the night, no shops open during the day)
    - have sehri/suhoor or whatever it's called at 5-6am

    Repeat cycle for 30 days

However when I was in medina/Mecca, they did things properly for the most part.

Yes, that'd be so much more worthy of our time and attention, if the "ummah" were really worth its weight this excess spending would stop until refugees are taken care of.

Hmm I don't know if there is a satanic centre in my town but there are two Mason centres around where I live, one about three mile walk from my house.

Of course, you get my drift I was going along the lines of physically helping people instead of praying for them.

Satanists don't believe in the Devil. Devil worshippers are a different thing.

Ezidis are known in some places of the Middle East as "devil worshippers" and are used to scare small children with because they think Lucifer is a stand up guy who had the balls to stand up to Adam. And that he is a peacock. But the last part is rarely mentioned.

We have a small Ezidi community here in Denmark.

To a Satanist, going by the LaVeyan Satanist as the Church of Satan is the only official and recognised Satanic organization, Satan isn't looked at as an actual supernatural being but the term given to represent the nature of man. Satan=Human nature.

I usually see it written as Yazadi, but I have never heard it pronounced like that. More like Yzdi, or Yzadi.

Evil, corrupt, immoral, rejecters of god or actual worshippers of a literal biblical/quranic idea of the Devil.

Yeah there are different ways of spelliing it. I used to go with 'Yazidi' because that is what my Iranian colleague called them and it hits the spot in Google. But then I have discussed them with Platysma (her name on this site, but she is not active) whom I know in IRL and she calls them 'Ezidi' and have Ezidi friends both in Denmark and in Turkey where her family is from (they are Kurds) so I decided to let real world overrule Google this time.

And when you use Ezidi (or Yezidi whichi is also halal) you don't happen to get them mixed of with the supporters of Yazid, which is a completely other kettle of fish Tongue
