I've never seen this video before and immediately this jumped to mind as soon as I saw the title.

Muslims are very desperate to have their religion validated and 'defended', which is why inane dawahganda stuff like this is popular

His 'Muhammad and Aishah' point is rather silly beause he claims that you must put the situation in its appropriate historical context whilst claiming that Muhammad (and Jesus) were perfect human beings, never mind the whole timelessness and universality of his message.

The Prophet Muhammad and many wives aspect of it was rather good as Muhhamad did marry widows and those considered to be 'used property'. However, there are issues as to how he acquired some of his 'wives' and 'concubines'.

No free mixing of the sexes is permitted on these forums or via PM or the various chat groups that are operating.

Women must write modestly and all men must lower their case.

The "appropriate historical context" thing really irritates me. Either the teachings of this religion and the actions of it's prophet are perfect and to follow and imitate for all time, or islam and Mo were only meant for Arabian society in the 7th century. You can't have both at the same time. Pick one, and stand by your convictions.
