    Hi

    I'm from Malaysia and a Muslim Atheism.

    I have failed to understand other denominations so I choose to build my personal belief, peace!  yes

    I myself, when asked these days, often reply that I'm an Agnostic Muslim and/or Freethinking Muslim as it makes life a lot easier when living amongst Muslims, and I feel quite comfortable in that identity. It allows me the freedom to use my own conscience and choice about those aspects I wish to reject or incorporate into my life.

    It is about ignoring the mutasyaabihat (3.7). . . Allah, hell, paradise, satan and all the allegorical are the nonsense. . . The nonsense in the Quran is for the hypocrites and the disbelievers (74.31). It is the system of Allah to help Believers identify the hypocrites in their community.

    On the other hand, True Muslim has "no doubt", "fear" or "grievances" because they are "certain about life" and don't entertain the nonsense. The true Muslim focuses on the "Deen", ie. practical Muslim living, and not living in the illusion of the past or future, but "present" . They follow what is entirely clear and provable from the Quran, and leave which cannot be proven through facts.

    Thank you. . I believe Islam is about Atheism and it was sent to end religion through unity within diversity and freedom of religion. The difference is that the atheistic ideas are the product of the same fundamental egoic consciousness that otherwise produces theistic or conventional religious ideas. Islam is about dissolving self and ego, and the discovery of truth from the internal and external consciousness.

    Coincidently, when I was in " dream mode", during taraweeh prayer, I was thinking  and hoping if there is a way for the current islam to be reformed. If this idea you have about islam being about atheism really is based on sound knowledge, I sure would like to hear more.

    The soundness of any interpretation uses the same logical principle we known today, ie. it must based on ALL true premises. . . and no valid interpretation can have one or more false premises and a true conclusion.

                  And do not mix the Truth with Falsehood (2:42)

                 

                  Do they not reflect on the Qur'an? <- this is referring to the interpretation
                  If it was from any other than God
                  they would have found in it many a discrepancy. <- ie. wrong interpretation, one or more false premises
                  4:82

    Therefore and through simple logic , anyone can verify the truth of any interpretation from the Quran.

    An issue is people confuse a logically valid argument, say the Moral Argument, with an argument's truth claim or true conclusion.

    Also the verse is an error. A number of books, phrases or just scribbling can contain no errors and not be from God.

    Yes, that's what normally happen and even unable to identify the issue. However, the principle is useful for verifying the truth in any statements (interpretations). . .and it is also true, there are errors of translation because no one speak the Quraish Dialect today. . however, the beauty of the system in the Quran is if it cannot be verified with entirely clear premises, then it is the allegorical. Ignores and focus on the entirely clear premises, it is freedom and forgiven by Allah (5.101, 2.286).

    Culture is based on the followers, and not from the main source of that ideology. There are one missing premise, did they follow what is taught from the Quran? It is easier to describe as "The Practical Ethical Code", it is personal and a system without leader, sect or followers. Everyone are leaders.
