    Kash aesa din ajaye jab dukh na ho kahin pe
    Insaano k sath farishtay bhi hon zameen pe
    Mere hain alfaz jispe behjaye kalam ki seyahi
    Hai koi jo karwade sachae ki rehaae?
    Muaaf kardo mujhay sach chor aaya hun uljhay

    Aadat hogai hai sun k logon ki wo batain
    Jin ko sun k katjati thi meri saari raatain
    Bas yaadain reh jayengi jo hongi saari halki
    Tab kahani sunaonga keh k ye baat hai kal ki
    Kuch nahin pata najane kal hoga kya
    Muaaf kardo mujhay agar hogai hai khataa
