well that is such a rare picture.. it bothers me ...it really bother me., I never came across that picture., I am not sure where Mr. Hassan got that but it is obviously coming from when Khalil Dale was working with Red cross in Bardera., Somlaia from 1991-1993. I hope Mr. Hassan put out a real link of that picture

I would appreciate any one getting me the original link of that picture

Despite the suffering it depicts, it's a beautiful picture.. (hope that doesnt sound bad) Yeah, looks like somali boy.
