    By the way, German chancellor Merkel made it clear that there will be no cherry-picking of EU privileges and it will make a significant difference between a country being a member of the EU or not. Also there will be no formal or informal preliminary negotiations until Britain is actually using paragraph 50 to leave the EU.

    This stinks of that reddit movement started by a gay guy from London, I didn't bother to retain his name abd those are the only personal things that I know about him. His hateful fear mongering has spread all across the EU last I checked and has made it over to the USA. He is a big Trump supporter. Surprise surprise.

    What are you talking about? Has oxygen been restricted to your brain? 'Victim repudiation'?? You're the one who started with the personal insults and started this fascination with my genitalia and took it to perverse lengths relating to Aladdins' oxygen intake and making further phall-acious comments.  dance

    An excellent article on some of the 'leftist' reasons for leaving. I believe that a previous poster, a very rare one that actually had a contribution to make to the debate, stated that some socialist organisations made the case that the EU fails to promote the cause of the working-class.

    What was the  point in posting these here? What's the message you're trying to make?

    I feel I have to comment on this now, otherwise some will assume I don't care about the victims. Of course, I do. But I feel loathed to make any comment, before knowing what the presence of those videos means, on this thread.

    This is unlikely to have anything to do with Brexit and is not that uncommon on the Trams that run through Manchester.

    They were most likely drinking all night, mourning England's defeat to Iceland - it happened at around 7-8am. From what I've heard, the racial abuse occurred because the man told them to watch their language in front of the women and children on the Tram.

    I grew up around many individuals of different ethnic backgrounds, mainly Pakistani and Somali but also some white British, who would act in the same manner as these scumbags if they were told off by someone in public. They are part of the Asbo generation, who are mainly made up of poor insecure young males who never learnt how to communicate to other human beings in a respectful manner.

    We're in the age of narcissism, self entitlement and victimhood, but lucky enough not an age of action unless it requires clicking Like on Facebook. Milo is soft porn for Britain First and the rest of the loony organisations, as well as their followers, who make it out they are the victims because no one talks about issues that the white working/underclass men have. No doubt there are issues among white people of the lower classes but they are caused by mainly upper class white men who have basically destroyed any discussion about social class which has led people to only focus on diversity of gender, ethnicity and sexuality.

    If society was able to have a mature conversation about immigration and social class, a lot of the problems within western society wouldn't be as severe as they are now and people like Milo wouldn't be as relevant.

    Milo is just another social justice warrior who hates on other SJW's because he thinks that the issues he cares about are being ignored because the other SJW's are in control of the rhetoric which is just idiotic.

    Not sure what planet you and silentmancunian have been living on for the past week    - _ -    Racist attacks have increased since the referendum. My daughter was a victim of a racist attack at high school yesterday because of this also. the vids are definitely relevant.

    I'm sorry to hear that your daughter was on the receiving end of a racist attack recently, but I wasn't being dismissive of the rise of racial abuse since the referendum result. I was merely providing more context to what might have occurred in this particular situation. Considering I was born and raised in Manchester and I commute on the Tram, I aware of the way some young males act on the tram when they are told off by another member of public. It should also be noted that racist incidents do tend to rise when the England Football team loses in a major competition and this incident occurred the morning after England lost to Iceland. Not all racist incidents are linked to Brexit, racism has actually been on the rise for a while and incidents like these are becoming more and more frequently, especially in major cities like Manchester.

    They are not cut from the same cloth and to generalize all SJW people under one brush is kind of ridiculous. If you want to go there, the ex-muslim community, particularly this council, could be considered SJW. So, no. There is a huge difference between an asshole that incites hate to a group of people that are generally fueled by empathy. I will digress and say that a faction of them are irrational hate mongering machines, but they should not be the ones given focus.
