you speak wise words Quod and I can't argue with any of that. It all makes sense..........but I want to believe in a better afterlife because this life is full of shit. I lost my dad a few months ago and I can't believe i'm never going to see him again. I know I'm not the only one whos lost a parent but it hurts. This planet has got be some kind of lunatic asylum- just look around you I can't wait to get off it. I'm glad dignitas is there.

That is one of the hardest things in life to accept. And if Qoud's beautiful and truthful words don't help, then I doubt if anything I say will count in the slightly.

What I will say is that Quod speaks the whole truth (and he puts it so eloquently). We have to all learn to accept that hopefully; if not today, then perhaps one day? If we don't, then I suppose we can work towards accepting a mixture of this truth, and whatever else helps you keep going and gives you hope and keeps you positive and engaged. If that means that you believe that one day you will see your dad again and say the things to him that you failed to say on this Earth, to hold him and comfort him once again, then we wouldn't want to take that away from you. Good luck and I hope you find your answers one day.

    Hi

But nor do I think often about my own death. What's the point? When I am, death is not. When death is, I am not.

Agreed, death's a breeze. Think instead of tormenting pain, that will help you stay up at night!  dance

    how fuck works without shit??
