  • Apostrophe in Islamic Country
     OP - February 11, 2017, 03:01 AM

Under Islamic Law Apostates punishable by death in all Muslim countries such as -Afghanistan, Brunei, Egypt, Iran, Kuwait, Morocco, Oman, Pakistan, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Somalia, Sudan, Syria, Tunisia, United Arab Emirates, Yemen and so on. Some country says officially, such as- Bangladesh, Indonesia, Jordan, Malaysia and others, they do not have a law against apostasy, but incidences of persecution of apostates have been reported widely on those countries.

I am turning to atheism and abandoning the religious ways of my parent in response to radical Islam and extremism, as those ideologies inspire atrocious acts against others, including other Muslims. I seek better life where religion does not trespass into my private lives.

Apostasy is not nearly as important to me as proper grammar. I demand a thesis on the usage of the apostrophe in Islamic countries.  finmad

Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil, for I have a sonic screwdriver, a tricorder, and a Type 2 phaser.

Verily it is those who commit apostrophe despite not trying to say "it is" nor show possession of something who will be among the greatest losers in the hereafter. - Sahih Kek Book 4 Verse 20

Then you have the wine that doesn't make you drunk. Seriously, who's idea was that? It's called Juicy Juice where I come from, mofo, you ain't fooling me.

    close enough.

    Quote from:
    apo-
Among its functions in Greek, apo- has the spatial sense “away, off, apart” (apogee; apocope; apostasy; apostrophe); it occurs with deverbals that denote a response or defense (apodosis; apology)

I cannot wait to see how twitter reacts to this. Almost makes me want to join.

`But I don't want to go among mad people,' Alice remarked.
`Oh, you can't help that,' said the Cat: `we're all mad here. I'm mad.  You're mad.'
`How do you know I'm mad?' said Alice.
`You must be,' said the Cat, `or you wouldn't have come here.'
