Surah 27 AL-NAML
Word NAML is from root NOON, MEEM and LAAM. It has many meanings such as an ant or something like an ant in some sense in some way for some reason or purpose. A person who is fit, healthy and active. An activist, agitator, inspirer, activator, a motivator, starter. A missionary. A busy body. A person who is concerned about others in a good or bad way for right or wrong reasons. A person who gossips or spreads rumours or backbites. A slanderer. Fingertip. Tickling. Nimble, deft. Meat or food safe or store. Itch, tingle, itching or tickling sensation. Pricking, penetrating, impregnating, creeping, crawling. A place or thing teeming with ants. To tingle prickle, tickle. To be numb or numbed, to mend, fix, repair something. To mend, fix, repair something in such a way that it is as good as new. To mend, fix or repair something in such a way that it is invisible and unnoticeable or it does not become visible or noticeable. To invent or tell lies or deny the truth. To be restless. To be continuously on the move. To keep moving or going to and fro. To be unstable, instable, shaky, trembling. To be fragile, frail or weak. To become active, lively, activated, energised, triggered, agitated or restless. To cause mischiefs, troubles or problems. To interfere with or get involved in or with something. To point finger at someone or something.
This Surah is about unstable, shifty or shaky and stable, firm and solid foundation because shaky foundation prevents mankind from their unity, peace, progress and prosperity so they should move or shift themselves onto a solid, stable and firm purpose based proper foundation for the purpose of their very own unity, peace, progress and prosperity as a purpose based proper human community in kingdom of Allah according to his provided purpose based guidance for them for ensuring their very own well being through their very own help, full support and backing of each other by their complementing each other purposefully properly for their rising to heights of excellence to have blissful, dignified and secure state of existence. Also as I have explained already in detail things interact and as a result mankind draw conclusions about them by studying and observing them carefully. These human conclusions about them could be right or wrong. They are right if they work out as concluded otherwise wrong. It is because things and people do not talk with each other like human beings talk to each other in various languages between themselves. So stones, plants, ants, birds and animals etc do not talk with human beings but mankind can draw reasonable conclusions about things after carefully studying and observing them over a time period. This is why we can use things to our advantage. This is how we can train pets or circus animals for example.
000] So O our prophet and messenger to mankind, deliver this purpose based proper message from Allah to them for their purpose based proper guidance as a purpose based proper manifesto as a program for them to carry it out purposefully properly as a project and a task as an assigned mission for them by accomplishing its goals according to his provided purpose based proper guidelines for which he has already provided for them all things for their purpose based proper biological, psychological and sociological development and growth so that they become and remain united, peaceful, progressive and prosperous as a purpose based proper human community in his kingdom according to it with help and full support of each other by their complementing each other purposefully properly so that they could reach heights of excellence to have blissful, dignified and secure state of existence in here as well as in hereafter.
001] TWAA, SEEN, These are goals and guidelines of the Quranic program in form of a brilliant book which clearly stands out.
002] For the purpose based proper guidance of those who wholeheartedly and purposefully properly commit, dedicate and devote themselves to working for the purpose of unity, peace, progress and prosperity of mankind as a purpose based proper human community in our kingdom for their rising to heights of excellence to have blissful, dignified and secure state of existence in here as well as in hereafter.
003] Those who purposefully properly establish and maintain a purpose based proper human community network as well as increase its capacity and capability in a place because that way they can be certain about their bright future in here as well as in hereafter.
004] As for those who do not commit themselves wholeheartedly and purposefully properly to working for the purpose of unity, peace, progress and prosperity of mankind according to our advised purpose based proper way of life, rule of law and governing system for mankind for their very own brilliant future as a purpose based proper human community, we leave them on their own to live their lives according to their own self invented, self imposed, self accepted and self adopted ways of life, rules of laws and governing systems to suit themselves whereby they secure their very own individual petty personal gains from each other at each other’s expense and that way they end up harmed or destroyed by hands of each other due to their not preparing themselves purposefully properly for seeking, receiving, studying, accepting and acting upon our provided purpose based proper guidance for mankind purposefully properly.
005] Such like are the people for whom there awaits terribly painful and humiliating as well as uncertain and unstable future due to their losing all they ever worked for through hands of each other.
006] As for you our last and final prophet and messenger to mankind O Muhammad, certainly you are receiving this Quran from the mighty wise ruler of this kingdom of his creation who makes mankind thereby aware about all they need to know as to how they should live their lives and how they should not live their lives and why.
007] So relate to them story of Moses who said to leading knowledgeable people of his human population at the time, I feel the need for light of knowledge for purpose based proper guidance of mankind because I see fire of hatred developing and spreading among people, so I need to set myself off on a journey of discovery quickly to bring you some information about it as to what is causing all this or may even bring you some brilliant spark of knowledge so that thereby you people could become and remain a purposefully properly organised and regulated purpose based proper human community.
008] So when he arrived at the stage of awareness needed for realising the need for our light of knowledge for purpose based proper guidance of mankind to deal with the fire of hatred due to rivalries and animosities between mankind, a voice called upon him saying, blissful, dignified and secure state of existence is for each and every human being who is in search of or is looking for my light of purpose based proper guidance for mankind as well as for each and every person who gathers around it as a part of a purpose based proper human community, because purpose based proper systems and laws as well as processes, mechanisms and measures put in place by Allah for this very purpose are constantly and consistently at work to manifest glory of his provided purpose based guidance for mankind, the one and only creator and sustainer of all the human populations in the human world.
009] O Moses, this is surely I, Allah the mighty wise ruler of this kingdom of my creation speaking to you.
010] Now take on or shoulder the responsibility for purposefully properly organising and regulating your human population into a purpose based proper human community in a place in our kingdom. However when Moses realised the giant task involved in taking on this weighty and heavy burden of responsibility he held back himself showing hesitation and reluctance in taking on this huge burdensome task. So we said, do not become worried O Moses, because in presence of my purpose based proper guidance for mankind or while my purpose based guidance is there for mankind those who prepare themselves purposefully properly for seeking, receiving, studying, accepting and acting upon it purposefully properly and they carry out my assigned mission for them purposefully properly they need not to be worried or be anxious about their future at all.
011] Even those people need to not worry or be anxious about their future who in their unawareness and ignorance about my provided purpose based guidance for mankind inflict harms and destructions upon each other for securing their very own individual petty personal gains from each other at each other’s expense so long as they leave their those self invented ways of life, rules of laws and governing systems whereby they inflict harms and destructions upon each other for securing their very own individual petty personal gains from each other at each other’s expense when they are made aware and they become aware about my advised purpose based proper way of life, rule of law and governing system for mankind which are based purposefully properly upon my provided purpose based proper guidance for them and they accept and adopt them purposefully properly which can then lead them to heights of excellence to have blissful, dignified and secure state of existence as a purpose based proper human community in a place in my kingdom for ensuring their very own well being through their very own help, full support and backing of each other by their complementing each other purposefully properly.
012] So pocket this mighty powerful revelation of mine to you in the very heart of your being so that when you proclaim and express it openly among learned or people with knowledge, it enlightens and guides them to unity, peace, progress and prosperity as a purpose based proper human community in my kingdom without any insurmountable problems or difficulties. So with this collection of revealed purpose based proper program, goals and guidelines from us go to Pharaoh and his people because they are a people given to drawing wedges between individuals within human populations as well as between the human populations in that piece of land wherein they are settled in my kingdom.
013] However when our awesome, wonderful and impressive mind opening revealed program, goals and guidelines with purpose based proper explanations and pointed out indisputable self evident facts as proofs were put before them for their due careful consideration they due to their ignorance based arrogance said, this is a clear case of falsehood that is presented to us as the truth to make fool of us.
014] The fact is, due to their lack of purpose based proper preparation for seeking, receiving, studying, accepting and acting upon it purposefully properly, Pharaoh and his chiefs did not give our revealed purpose based proper program, goals and guidelines their due attention because they were sure in their own minds among themselves due to their ignorance based arrogance that their self invented, self imposed, self accepted and self adopted ways of life, rules of laws and governing systems whereby they secured their very own individual petty personal gains from their masses at their expense were the proper ways of life to live their lives by but then see what was the end of those who were given to causing disputes, divisions, rivalries, hatred and animosities, conflicts, fights and wars among their own human populations and between human populations.
015] Like Moses we gifted our purpose based proper guidance for mankind and ability for its purpose based proper understanding and acting upon it to David and Solomon also because they too prepared themselves purposefully properly for seeking, receiving, studying, accepting and acting upon it purposefully properly therefore they proclaimed the fact that owner-ship and ruler-ship of this kingdom of his creation only and only belongs to Allah alone who has appointed us for purposefully properly guiding a vast human population for helping it commit itself wholeheartedly and purposefully to working for the purpose of unity, peace, progress and prosperity of mankind as a purpose based proper human community in his kingdom according to his advised purpose based proper way of life, rule of law and governing system for mankind.
016] However in due course Solomon succeeded David for delivering our provided purpose based proper message to his people so he said to them, O you the mankind, become and remain purposefully properly aware about the fact that we have been blessed by Allah with his provided purpose based proper information about his creation and revelation as well as with ability for its purpose based proper understanding so that we could live by his advised purpose based proper way of life, rule of law and governing system for mankind purposefully properly which can help a human population rise to heights of excellence or fly sky high to have blissful, dignified and secure state of existence in his kingdom therefore he has granted us all that is needed for fulfilling his assigned mission for us the mankind purposefully properly. This is truly a most valuable gift or grant of huge value which can be manifested in reality but only and only if people prepare themselves purposefully properly for seeking, receiving, studying, accepting and acting upon it purposefully properly.
017] That is why on that very basis and for that very project, end goal, purpose, objective, mission and task thereby were brought together by Solomon his forces comprised of purposefully properly educated, trained and skilled or expert and highly learned or knowledgeable people in form of rapidly deployable forces and they were all kept purposefully properly organised and regulated under strict discipline in an orderly manner.
018] Until there came a time for them to inspect, examine and test themselves how well they were prepared and how well they were organised and regulated as a missionary force so they went on a tour of their own place wherein they themselves were settled as a people so they arrived at the boarders with Valley of Naml (a place wherein were camped foreign, unknown, unfamiliar, strange, nomad, gypsy or newly migrated people for the time being or none permanent settlers or campers), knowing about it the Namalite leadership advised its people, O you the Namalites, stay away from the path of Solomon’s forces and well within your own safe places in case Solomon and his forces crush you knowing not who you are and what you are doing in their territory or jurisdiction with their knowing or permission.
019] When the news of this statement by Namalite leadership or authority reached Solomon he smiled at its statement and said, O my creator and sustainer, keep me motivated and inspired through your provided purpose based guidance for mankind purposefully properly so that I keep managing, handling and using all that you have provided me with and my people who look towards me for their purpose based proper guidance from you appropriately and purposefully properly to do such works as help mankind become and remain purposefully properly united, peaceful, progressive and prosperous according to your advised purpose based advised way of life, rule of law and governing system for mankind therefore make me one of those who think, plan, say and do things that are constructive and beneficial for mankind and helpful for increasing capabilities and strength of purpose based proper human community in your kingdom.
020] So he brought his hosts to rest in a place for camping there and decided to inspect and check his forces and as he came to inspect presence of his cavalry personnel he said, why I do not see officer Hudhud or is he absent from his duty without purposefully properly informing his appropriate official in charge or authority?
021] For his absence without leave I will certainly discipline him severely, dismiss, discharge or release him from his position in the force or even demote him if he does not offer me a reasonable or justifiable excuse for his absence.
022] The officer did not take long in coming and said, I have just found out something about which you are not already aware. I have brought you a reliable piece of information about a people in a place called Sheba (SABA= oath, seven, abundance, prosperity, plenty or plentifulness, wealth, treasure, pleasing breeze or wind, a very fertile place, land or kingdom, a highly productive or useful person or people, something complete, perfect, wholesome, a place that is peaceful, tranquil, suitable, fit for living, a garden or an orchard, that which gives pleasure or peace of mind).
023] I found that a management, governing body or an administration is ruling over them and it has been given everything by its people because it has control and jurisdiction over a very large piece of land and people living in that land.
024] I also found that its administration, management, governing body as well as its people are worshippers of the rising sun or whoever rises to seat of power and has wealth because they live by their self invented way of life, rule of law and governing system whereby they secure their very own individual petty personal gains from each other at each other’s expense instead of living by Allah advised purpose based proper way of life, rule of law and governing system for mankind and that is because their dominant and leading secular and religious people, their helpers, supporters and backers indoctrinate, brainwash and condition their minds, attitudes and behaviours in such a way that they are harming and destroying each other for securing their very own individual petty personal gains from each other at each other’s expense and that seems to them a good thing to do to each other and that is because they stop, prevent or hinder each other from living and abiding by Allah advised purpose based proper way of life, rule of law and governing system for mankind and that is why they do not live and abide by Allah provided purpose based proper guidance for mankind
025] which tells them, they should never yield, surrender, submit and give in to ways of life, rules of laws and governing systems of others than Allah who brings to knowledge of mankind in due course all that is hidden in this kingdom of his creation in form of far away distancing galaxies including this galaxy through making obvious for them their hidden potentialities by turning them into actualities through their very own thoughts, plans, words and actions.
026] Such is Allah other than whom none is God nor anyone other than him has the right to own or rule this kingdom of his creation because he alone is creator and sustainer of this magnificent kingdom of his creation.
027] Solomon said to Hudhud, soon we will find out whether what you are saying actually proves true or you have ended up with a false impression about them.
028] Go with this letter of mine and deliver it to them seeking their reply then leave them to confer with each other and wait there for their reply to see what they decide.
029] The administration, management or governing body of that place said to its managers, O my chiefs, governors, ministers, administrators and managers, I have been delivered a letter that addresses us with all due respect as a people.
030] It is from Solomon and it is in the name of Allah, who has already provided all things for biological, psychological and sociological development and growth of mankind for their becoming and remaining a purpose based proper human community in his kingdom purposefully properly,
031] so do not continue living by ways of life, rules of laws and governing systems whereby you people secure your very own individual petty personal gains from each other at each other’s expense whereby you people end up harmed and destroyed by hands of each other instead start living by Allah advised purpose based way of life, rule of law and governing system for mankind for your reaching heights of excellence to have and maintain blissful, dignified and secure state of existence as a purpose based proper human community in his kingdom therefore do not go against this invitation of mine and instead come and join with me and my community for this very purpose.
032] Their chief administrator said to rest of his fellow administrators, O chiefs, let me have your views on this matter before me because I make no decision without your advice and consultation.
033] They said, we are a strong people and fierce warriors but it is up to you to command, so we stand ready in wait of your command.
034] Their chief said to them, when rulers invade a place or land they ruin and devastate it as well as they debase its people in position of power also and they do so always.
035] Therefore I will first send these people some things as a gift or present and see with what sort of response my envoys return to see if these people are any different from other rulers in the human world.
036] When its envoys came to Solomon he said to them, are you people trying to impress me and my people with your highly valuable wealthy gifts? That which Allah has given me and my people has turned us into a far more productive and useful people as individuals and as a purpose based proper human community due to our purpose based proper preparation for seeking, receiving, studying, accepting and acting upon it purposefully properly than what he has given you people and what you have made out of it. You people may find your value and worth or happiness by possessing power and wealth which you gain through dominating each other by undermining each other whereby you cause disputes, rivalries, tensions, conflicts, fights and wars between yourselves whereby you end up harming and destroying each other but we find our happiness in helping, fully supporting and backing each other by complementing each other purposefully properly as a purpose based proper human community for ensuring our well being according to Allah provided purpose based proper guidance for mankind.
037] So go back to your people and let them know that if they fail to cooperate wholeheartedly and purposefully properly with each other among themselves as well as with us then we will march against them with such a force which they will not be able to face and we will drive them out of their land defeated and humiliated.
038] Then he turned to administrators and managers of the place or land in which he and his people themselves were settled down so he said to them, O you the administrators and managers of affairs of this place or land that is purposefully properly founded upon Allah provided purpose based proper guidance for mankind, which of you people can bring the administration, management and governing authority in land of people of Sheba under my administration, management and governing body if its administration and management or governing body resists, rejects and opposes my invitation and request or refuses to cooperate with us for the purpose of unity, peace, progress and prosperity of mankind according to Allah provided purpose based proper guidance for mankind for ensuring their very own well being through their very own help, full support and backing of each other by their complementing each other purposefully properly?
039] A capable expert in administration and secret psychological warfare said, I will bring it under your administration, management and governing body before you set out of this camping place because surely I have the needed necessary strength and power and I am a tried and tested person in field of administration and secret and psychological warfare.
040] Another person who was yet more experienced in administration and warfare and who also had better knowledge of the book of Allah said, I can bring the authority of land of Sheba under your jurisdiction before your inspection team returns to you after completion of its inspection of that land. When he saw land of Sheba administration and management matter settled before his very eyes Solomon said, all this is due to my purposefully properly preparing my people for seeking, receiving, studying, accepting and acting upon my creator and sustainer provided purpose based proper guidance for mankind whereby he put me through struggle to see whether I use what he has provided me with purposefully properly or misuse it or use it wrongly and wastefully or improperly. It is because anyone who uses his provisions purposefully properly does it for the benefit of his own human race and thereby for benefit of himself but anyone who misuses and abuses things does it to bring harm and destruction upon his own human kind and thereby upon himself because Allah upon whom rests all there is for its existence is free from depending upon his human creatures for any of his own needs for his own existence.
041] Once people of Sheba accepted invitation of Solomon then he told his officials to transform their place by providing them with needed necessary purpose based proper education, training and skills and then let us see whether its administration, management and governing body notices the ample difference between the state of existence they already had due to the way they lived their lives and the state of existence they have after this transformation and whether they maintain this new state of existence purposefully properly or they fail to do so.
042] It is because after reformation of their place members of their administration arrived to meet Solomon so they were asked, is your place or land is also managed like this place? The management of that place replied, it surely looks as though it is the same. It is because we too have received Allah provided purpose based guidance for mankind before coming here therefore we have already accepted living by Allah advised purpose based proper way of life, rule of law and governing system for mankind which leads people to heights of excellence to have blissful, dignified and secure state of existence through unity, peace, progress and prosperity of mankind as a purpose based proper human community in his kingdom.
043] That is how Solomon managed to persuade them away from their ways of life, rules of laws and governing systems that were invented, imposed and promoted by dominant and leading secular and religious people of that human population in that place who claimed or acted as Gods, owners, masters or rulers or who were taken as Gods, owners, masters or rulers by their masses other than or along with Allah. No doubt before this change of mindset, attitude and behaviour this human population was one of the people who rejected and opposed our advised purpose based proper way of life, rule of law and governing system for mankind based upon our provided purpose based proper guidance for them.
044] Human population of Sheba changed its mind when it was invited to adopt Allah advised purpose based proper way of life, rule of law and governing system for mankind because it could lead its people to heights of excellence to have blissful, dignified and secure state of existence as a purpose based proper human community in the land they lived and that happened to it in presence of Solomon when it saw the result of their living by that way of life before its own very eyes as a concrete reality. That is how it became aware of glory and greatness of this way of life and that is how it fully dawned upon it that all problems and difficulties between its own people could become and remain solved thereby. Solomon explained to it, how this blissful, dignified and secure state of existence of a human population as a purpose based proper human community in a land comes about as a result of purpose based proper constant and consistent as well as steadfast thoughts, plans, words and actions of a human population according to Allah provided purpose based proper guidance for mankind. At this explanation of Solomon it said in its mind, my creator and sustainer, I have indeed harmed and destroyed my people as individuals and myself as a human population by adopting the ways of life, rules of laws and governing systems whereby we secured our very own individual petty personal gains from each other at each other’s expense but from now on I too along with Solomon commit myself wholeheartedly and purposefully properly to working for the purpose of unity, peace, progress and prosperity of mankind as a purpose based proper human community in your kingdom according to your advised purpose based proper way of life, rule of law and governing system for mankind that are based purposefully properly upon your provided purpose based proper guidance for mankind. I accept the fact that only and only you, Allah alone are the creator and sustainer of all the human populations in the whole of human world.
045] Likewise to a people called Thamud we surely sent their fellow human being Saleh with our message for their purpose based proper guidance saying to them, become and remain a purpose based proper human community which lives and abides purposefully properly by our advised purpose based proper way of life, rule of law and governing system for mankind in our kingdom because at the time due to living by their self invented ways of life, rules of laws and governing systems they were securing their very own individual petty personal gains from each other at each other’s expense so they had become and remained terribly divided people who ended up fighting each other and that way they kept on harming and destroying each other.
046] Saleh said to them, O my people, why do you hurry and rush towards inflicting harms and destructions upon each other for securing your very own individual petty personal gains from each other at each other’s expense instead of working together as a purpose based proper human community for ensuring your own well being through your very own help, full support and backing of each other by your complementing each other purposefully properly? Why don’t you people prepare yourselves purposefully properly for seeking, receiving, studying, accepting and acting upon Allah provided purpose based proper guidance for mankind purposefully properly so that you people could reach height of excellence to have blissful, dignified and secure state of existence according to Allah provided purpose based guidance for mankind.
047] They said, we take you and your companions or supporters as a signal or indication for troubles to come. He said, the solution for or freedom from your problems and troubles you are already in with each other due to your inventing, imposing, accepting and adopting ways of life, rules of laws and governing systems whereby you people secure your very own individual petty personal gains from each other at each other’s expense rests with your accepting and adopting Allah advised purpose based proper way of life, rule of law and governing system for mankind because you people are a human population that is placed in this world to campaign, struggle, strive and fight very, very hard for making this human world a beautiful place for yourselves as a purpose based proper human community in his kingdom.
048] However there were a group or party of dominant and leading religious and secular people in the land who due to their harmful and destructive desires and ambitions against humanity because of their ignorance based arrogance plotted, schemed and conspired for causing disputes, divisions, hatred, rivalries, animosities, conflicts, fights and wars between their human populations so they were not letting people mend, repair and fix their broken, severed, fractured relationships between themselves to unite and be in peace with each other to work for development and growth or progress of their very own human populations so that there could come about prosperity for them as a purpose based proper human community in our kingdom.
049] The fact is, once upon a time they gathered to consult each other in secret and said to one another, let us agree with each other by swearing under oath in the very name of Allah that we will secretly make a night attack on Saleh and his helpers, supporters and backers and kill them then if we are questioned about it by their tribes under whose protection they are then we will tell them we did not witness their murder because we were not even present there in that place at the time and that we are surely a people who are speaking the truth.
050] However they cooked a plot against him and his helpers, supporters and backers but we also had a plan for ensuring their well being about which they were not aware.
051] Therefore just think about what was the outcome of their plotting, scheming and conspiring? We left them to their own devices so they and their helpers, supporters and backers altogether ended up harmed and destroyed by hands of each other.
052] There lay their houses in desolate ruins as a result of their very own atrocities against each other for securing their very own individual petty personal gains from each other at each other’s expense. Surely there is a lesson in this narration for people who use their brains and senses purposefully properly to understand things objectively such as how they should live their lives and how they should not live their lives.
053] However in contrast we delivered our promise to those who committed themselves wholeheartedly and purposefully properly to working for the purpose of unity, peace, progress and prosperity of mankind as a purpose based proper human community in our kingdom because they became and remained consistent with our provided purpose based guidance for mankind as well as with each other.
054] And let your people also know about people of Lot when he said to his people, why do you people commit atrocities against each other for securing your very own individual petty personal gains from each other at each other’s expense when you people have brains and senses good enough to know about and act according to Allah advised purpose based proper way of life, rule of law and governing system for mankind?
055] Why do you the individuals stick to, link up with, cosy up with or act as touts, promoters, supporters and backers of dominant and leading secular and religious powerful and wealthy people in your human populations in order to fulfil your very own petty personal desires and ambitions at the expense of weaker and disadvantaged people for feeling powerful and wealthy against them instead of living along with them on the basis of Allah provided purpose based proper foundation in form of his guidance for mankind? No, you should not be doing that but you are a people given to ignorance based arrogance seeking dominance and control over weaker people than yourselves by undermining them.
056] However his people had no reply for his questions other than saying, drive out the helpers, supporters and backers of Lot from your land. They are a people who want to bring about and maintain a purpose based proper human community that is free of all kinds of troubles and problems or tensions between its people.
057] So we delivered our promise to Lot and his people save a party of people which did not make itself capable of meeting our set standard because it lagged behind and remained below our required set standard by ignoring and dismissing our forewarning by taking our early warning that was issued to it well in advance lightly.
058] So when troubles and problems rained down upon it as outcomes of its very own thoughts, plans, words and actions against each other due to securing its very own individual petty personal gains from each other at each other’s expense then it could not cope with them therefore destructive was the rain of their self created troubles and problems which fell upon those who were forewarned well in advance but they heeded not our warning.
059] Say to mankind, awesome, wonderful and impressive acts of Allah such as his acts of creation and revelation arouse natural deep feelings of appreciation of his acts in minds of such people who have prepared themselves purposefully properly for seeking, receiving, studying, accepting and acting upon his provided purpose based proper information about his creation and revelation purposefully properly therefore they ought to be saluted because these people therefore act as missionaries for Allah assigned purpose based proper mission for mankind for purposefully properly establishing and maintaining his advised purpose based proper way of life, rule of law and governing system for mankind in their human world that are based purposefully properly upon his provided purpose based proper guidance for mankind. So whose way of life, rule of law and governing system are the best for mankind? Of Allah or of those whom ignorant and arrogant people all by themselves take for their Gods, owners, masters or rulers?
060] Or who do you the mankind think has originated and evolved all the faraway distancing galaxies including this galaxy and who sends down the water for you as rain from the clouds raised high in the sky? So observe these things purposefully properly and become as well as remain aware about the fact that it is we who by that way or process bring forth beautiful gardens. It was not possible for you the mankind to cause the growth of beautiful trees and plants for those gardens without purpose based proper systems and laws as well as processes, mechanisms and measures put in place by us for this very purpose. So is there any God, owner, master or ruler of this kingdom of his creation other than or along with Allah who has done and is doing all these things purposefully properly? 061] Or who do you the mankind think has made this world a place for you to live in for a short time period and caused in it the valleys with rivers and streams flowing and raised mountains and highlands in it as barriers between any two bodies of water to make way for you to live on the land by means of peaks and troughs? So is there any God, owner, master or ruler of this kingdom of his creation other than or along with Allah? No, not at all rather most of the mankind choose or decide to remain ignorant about their creator and sustainer provided purpose based proper information about his creation and revelation despite being endowed with purpose based proper brains and senses as well as bodies to go with them.
062] Or who do you think invites and fulfils the need for a purpose based proper guidance of desperate humanity when it cries out for it in desperation due to disputes, rivalries, animosities, fights and wars between its members and thereby shows it the way to get relief for itself from needless unnecessary hardships and problems between its individual members and thereby makes possible for you the mankind to become and remain a purposefully properly organised and regulated purpose based proper human community and administration in a place in this kingdom of his creation? So is there any God, owner, master or rightful ruler of this kingdom of his creation other than or along with Allah? No, not at all yet despite this fact only a very small number of people from among you the mankind purposefully properly prepare themselves for seeking, receiving, studying, accepting and acting upon his provided purpose based proper information about his creation and revelation purposefully properly.
063] Or who do you think guides you the mankind purposefully properly for reaching heights of excellence to have blissful, dignified and secure state of existence as a purpose based proper human community in his kingdom through various kinds and degrees or shades of darkness be it in your minds due to your ignorance about things, in the land or in the sea due to lack of daylight and moreover who sends the water vapour carrying winds as heralds of his good news in form of rain to help you grow all kinds of growths in abundance for yourselves? So is there any God, owner, master or ruler for this kingdom of his creation other than or along with Allah? No, not at all. The truth is, through all these kinds of purpose based proper explanations and pointed out indisputable self evident facts as proofs Allah make this fact amply clear and plain for those who attribute and ascribe rivals and partners to him in his sovereignty of this kingdom of his creation that glory of being God, creator, sustainer, owner, master and ruler of this kingdom of his creation only and only belongs to him alone. He is free of or far removed from having any rivals and partners to oppose or help him about matters that are related to his creation and its sustenance and maintenance.
064] Or who do you think has originated this kingdom of creation and evolved it and through purpose based proper systems and laws as well as processes, mechanisms and measures put in place for this very purpose recycles and reproduces things in various ways using various processes and mechanisms and who thereby gives you sustenance, livelihood, subsistence or provisions from within the kingdom of the heavens and the earth purposefully properly? So is there any God, owner, master or ruler of this kingdom of creation other than or along with Allah? No, not at all. Say to polytheists who falsely claim or assume Gods or rulers for this kingdom of creation other than or along with Allah, show us your purpose based proper explanations and indisputable self evident facts as proofs if what you people claim or assume is true.
065] Say, none within this kingdom of heavens and the earth knows what the future holds for mankind other than Allah alone because it is his purpose and plan for them as to what mankind should think, plan, say and do and why and what will be the result or outcome of their very own thoughts, plans, words and actions that is why mankind must prepare themselves purposefully properly for seeking, receiving, studying, accepting and acting upon his provided purpose based proper guidance for them purposefully properly so that they come to know all that they need to think, plan, say and do purposefully properly. It is because these people are not yet purposefully properly aware even about his advised purpose based proper way of life, rule of law and governing system for mankind that is why they are not yet aware about the fact as to when or how that can raise them to heights of excellence for having blissful, dignified and secure state of existence as a purpose based proper human community in his kingdom.
066] The fact is, the level of knowledge they can attain merely through their brains and senses alone is not sufficient for them even for their comprehensively grasping of the outcomes of their very own thoughts, plans, words and actions. In fact that is the very reason they are in confusion about the truth of our provided this purpose based proper guidance in form of this Quran for them because they are in utter darkness of ignorance and confusion about our purpose and plan for them which is explained for them in our this revealed message for them.
067] This is why the rejecters and opponents of our provided purpose based proper guidance for mankind ask, since we have fallen from the heights of excellence and we are lying as if in the dust as a people just like our predecessors, ancestors and forefather before us, is there any way of life, rule of law and governing system whereby we could really get out of this terribly painful and humiliating situation or state of existence and rise once more to heights of excellence to have blissful, dignified and secure state of existence?
068] This promise which is being made to us that we can come out of this terribly painful and humiliating situation or state of existence was also made to our forefathers or our past generations before us, these are nothing but made up or concocted or false stories about the people of the past for fooling us with false hope.
069] Say to them, travel throughout the human world and see what was the end of those who committed crimes against each other in contravention of our provided purpose based proper guidance for mankind for securing their very own individual petty personal gains from each other at each other’s expense so if you will stop inflicting harms and destructions upon each other for securing your very own individual petty personal gains from each other at each other’s expense and instead help, fully support and back each other up by your complementing each other purposefully properly for ensuring your very own well being as a purpose based proper human community in our kingdom then nothing can stop you people from rising again to heights of excellence to have blissful, dignified and secure state of existence as a purpose based proper human community in our kingdom.

071] Despite their refusal for preparing themselves purposefully properly for seeking, receiving, studying, accepting and acting upon our provided purpose based proper information about our creation and revelation for their living and abiding by our advised purpose based proper way of life, rule of law and governing system for mankind purposefully properly they say, when will this promise of yours for your rising to heights of excellence to have blissful, dignified and secure state of existence for you people as well as for our harm and destruction by hands of each other in form of revolts, uprisings and bloody revolutions will fulfil if what you claim is true?
072] Say, it may be that a part of what you wish to hasten is near at hand, is about to take place, happen or come to pass.
073] The fact is, your creator and sustainer has granted all the needed necessary purpose based proper information as well as his ample provisions for mankind for their purpose based proper guidance as well as for their rising to heights of excellence to have blissful, dignified and secure state of existence as a purpose based proper human community in his kingdom yet a huge majority of them do not use what he has provided them with purposefully properly as they are guided, advised, instructed and directed by him.

077] This Quran is certainly such a purpose based proper guidance for mankind from us that can lead them to heights of excellence to have blissful, dignified and secure state of existence as a purpose based proper human community in our kingdom any people who wholeheartedly and purposefully commit, dedicate and devote themselves to working for the purpose of unity, peace, progress and prosperity of mankind for ensuring their very own well being through their very own help, full support and backing of each other by their complementing each other purposefully properly.
078] No doubt through it your creator and sustainer settles disputes, problems, conflicts, rivalries, animosities, fights and wars between mankind purposefully properly because he is mighty wise ruler of this kingdom of his creation.

081] So no matter what you cannot guide to stop and prevent these like people from falling and straying into the fire of hatred through rivalries and animosities between themselves who act as deaf and blind on purpose to our provided purpose based proper guidance for mankind who decide to remain in darkness of ignorance. The fact is, you can only make such people listen to your invitation towards it as have prepared themselves purposefully properly for seeking, receiving, studying, accepting and acting upon our provided purpose based proper guidance for mankind purposefully properly therefore they examine it with due full attention and care for purpose based proper satisfaction of their minds for committing, dedicating and devoting themselves wholeheartedly and purposefully properly to working for the purpose of unity, peace, progress and prosperity of mankind as a purpose based proper human community in our kingdom according to it for ensuring their very own well being through their very own help, full support and backing of each other by their complementing each other purposefully properly for their reaching heights of excellence to have blissful, dignified and secure state of existence.
082] It is because a dominant and leading secular and religious group of people, its helpers, supporters and backers due to their harmful and destructive desires and ambitions against humanity develop harmful and destructive mindset, attitudes and behaviours against humanity so they do not bother to prepare themselves purposefully properly for seeking, receiving, studying, accepting and acting upon our provided purpose based proper guidance for mankind purposefully properly therefore due to their ignorance based arrogance they do not pay their due attention to our provided purpose based guidance for mankind as they should and instead they cause seriously harmful and destructive troubles and problems for mankind in the human world hence ultimately at times purpose based proper systems and laws as well as processes, mechanisms and measures put in place for this very purpose by us fulfil to these people with such harmful and destructive mindsets, attitudes and behaviours against humanity our forewarning about their terribly painful and humiliating end and this is how we leave groups of down trodden, fooled, tricked, trapped, dispossessed and victimised masses on their own to react as they like in form of revolts, uprisings and bloody revolutions against them who then speak to these like stubborn, arrogant, oppressive, repressive, trickster, deceivers, bullies and tyrants in their very own language in a language they understand because they are unduly hungry and greedy for power and wealth therefore they control power and wealth by dispossessing their masses by victimising them by their tricks and traps so it all happens to these like people in this world because they do not bother to attain certainty about our provided purpose based proper guidance for mankind by studying it purposefully properly to live and abide by its advised purpose based proper way of life, rule of law and governing system for mankind purposefully properly in our kingdom as they should or as they are supposed to.

084] till they are all gathered together before us so they will be asked by us, did you people dismiss our provided purpose based proper guidance for mankind without even bothering to study and examining it purposefully properly and what were your thoughts, plans, words and actions against it?
085] Through these like questioning by us it will become obvious for them that they are guilty as charged that is how they will not be able to say anything at all in their defence.
086] Rather than facing these like situation in here as well as in hereafter why do they not think, ponder, contemplate and reflect over the fact as to why we have brought about all things and sustain as well as maintain them including mankind themselves and gave rise to the phenomenon of the night and the day for them so that they could rest during the night to recoup their lost energies as well as so that they could carry out their purpose based proper works during the day in the light of the day in order to fulfil their needs and wants purposefully properly so that they could carry out our provided purpose based proper program for them purposefully properly by accomplishing its goals according to our provided purpose based proper guidelines for them? 087] The fact is, during the time period when the benefits and advantages of Allah advised purpose based proper way of life, rule of law and governing system for mankind will become and remain obvious for them they will become and remain highly inspired, motivated, activated, energised, rejuvenated and moved, be they from among those in positions of power or be they from among those who are down trodden, no matter whichever group they will belong to ultimately they all will come to Allah provided purpose based proper guidance for mankind purposefully properly due to being humbled and deeply impressed by it.
088] You will see that such firmly established powerful and wealthy people who inflict harms and destructions upon masses of their own human populations for securing their very own individual petty personal gains from them at their expense whom you people see as if they cannot be moved or dislodged from their positions of power they will shift and move from their positions like moving and gliding clouds towards our provided purpose based proper guidance for mankind. Such is the creativity of Allah whose set-up purpose based proper systems and laws as well as processes, mechanisms and measures put in place for this very purpose take care of all eventualities about everything. This is why he makes you the mankind aware about all that you should be thinking, planning, saying and doing as well as all that which you people should not be thinking, planning, saying and doing to avoid harmful and destructive situations and state of existence for yourselves.

092] He has also told me that I should keep on proclaiming this Quran to mankind so that any human population that follows his provided purpose based proper guidance for mankind purposefully properly does so for ensuring its very own well being as a purpose based proper human community through help, full support and backing of each other by their complementing each other purposefully properly for rising to heights of excellence to have blissful, dignified and secure state of existence.
