    you know how you have good days and bad days? trying to figure out the pattern to tip the balance . it's a bit like those magic eye pictures - suddenly it all comes into focus.

     Reply #8 - September 11, 2020, 03:57 AM

    Yeah I understand. Do not feel as if it is only you that is having these bad days, because we all do. I hope that it will leave your mind soon. When we feel bad, we forget the days and times when we have felt great in our lives. We also tend to forget that these bad feelings do not last forever. Try your best to do something with your free time. Having a lot of free time which allows you to think a lot, can lead to overthinking and eventually bad thoughts, so take up a new hobby, read a new book, whatever you do, make sure that it interests you and entertains you. You will find yourself feeling much more better.

    I wish you the best Smiley

    it's tempting to blame family, community, religion, etc for all your problems. you may try to leave those groups but you will still be the person. so the real problem remains

    * the same person.

    and who is that person? the answer is no-one. those memories of the past and visions of the future are just dreams in the here and now. start with a blank state in every waking moment.

    crumble is the missing word.

    but you can fill in the blank with any word.

    why let trivial things like context or intention dictate the meaning.

    No..Nooo...

    More words less action is a better idea in theory as well as in Practice .

    Those written official letters are better than actions such as banning face book... or banning French products or French Embassy in the country
