    Nah, it would only be like "Employee of the Month" if the site "management" picked the winner.

    I get the spirit of egalitarianism in which you write this, but I still think it's a neat way to show appreciation for people's contributions here. I got nominated a couple of times but only got one or two votes, think I may have even gotten a zero once-- I wasn't disheartened by it. Of course, then again, I KNOW I'm awesome.
