You just nominate whoever's posts impressed you this month, then I do up a poll with all the names and everybody votes. The only people you can't nominate are yourself, staff and anyone currently on a ban, (including self ban).

I think I may have won this? Either way, massive, massive thanks to the guys who nominated and voted for me. Though I'm not convinced I deserve this, I must admit that all this has made me feel quite chuffed. There'll be an extra spring in my step for a few days, and the ladies I meet will get two winks, instead of just the customary single one.

LoOL Billy. I may tell her this news if the day ever comes when I actually give up on her. That'll wipe the smile off her face for a millisecond.

But she deserves some credit for this. I suspect being a battered husband helped my cause a little.

Though I’d like to add a few more thank you’s: thanks to all those who have won this before and to those who stayed away in April, thus improving my chances. Thanks also to MAB for dropping out, to Zaibs for changing her name so many times that she was left at a disadvantage, and finally, to JnT, for just being an absolute sweetheart to me.

Cheetah: though I am over the moon to have won, can I please request that I don’t wear the crown? I don’t want people to look at me funny, or worse still, expect something meaningful from me.
