     OP - December 04, 2008, 06:44 PM

According to Sharia law (http://www.ntpi.org/html/womensrights.html), a woman counts as half a man in giving evidence in a court of law, or in matters of inheritance. Now, with the benefit of modern neuroscience, we can appreciate the wisdom of this. Yemenite cleric Abd Al-Majid Al-Zindani, on Iqra TV (http://www.memritv.org/clip/en/1930.htm), explains:

The American Time magazine, in its July 31, 1995 issue, published this picture from research about the brain functioning of men and women. This is the ma... This is the female brain, and this is an image of the male brain. What do we see? We find that in the case of women, this area... And there is another here... Two areas in a woman's brain are activated when she talks. As we can see, there are many centers of speech in a woman's brain. There is a center in each lobe, while in the case of a man, there is only one center, here. The opposite center does not operate during speech, because it is busy remembering. Both men and women have centers for speech and for memory. In the case of men, the center for speech is here, while the center for memory is here. When a man talks, his center for speech is active, and when he remembers something, his center for memory is active. On the other hand, when a woman wants to talk, she puts both centers into action. This may give us an explanation why women are more talkative.

What is the outcome of this? When a woman talks, she uses the part of the brain that contains the memory, because in the case of women, both centers function for speech and memory. So when a woman talks, she might use the part of the brain containing the memory for talking ? and that's it, the data is lost. Therefore, if we need the testimony of women in cases pertaining to human lives, property, honor, or the stability of justice, we must take into consideration this fact of life in the nature of women.

Well, apart from the fact that the above article is 13 years out of date, (neuroscience moves on, it is not set for all time like a religious tome), he has misinterpreted it to suit his own prejudices anyway.  This is the same type of codswallop as the dipping flies wings into drink to cure disease. I've argued this years ago, due to biological differences women are generally not as organized in thinking as men are, women are disorganized in thinking. Ask a woman to relate the events of the day, and you will see what I mean.

All this time I've disregarded your comments, but this time I have to ask you. Are you for real?  Roll Eyes

As for your disorganized thinking statement, well, I can't help but remember your slightly schizophrenic (and inconsisten) way of thinking. If that isn't disorganized, then I don't know what is.

So logically Tut, because you're obviously not as intelligent and can't express yourself as well as  the women on this forum, exactly what are. You don't seem to muster up to what's required of a man's thinking prowess.
So if you're not male and you're not female, what are you exactly?  Not the moobs, surely!?

I should have added "generally" am clinically diagnosed as eccentric. Has absolutely nothing to do with my thinking ability. Despite saying this, I don't claim to be smarter then "all" women, and just smarter then "most" similarly I am smarter then most males, according to the data. In any case I have every right to be big-headed.

Me, I fight it off, you know how hard it is walking up in the morning and yourself telling to just kill yourself? and you wake up and your room is rearranged and you don't  remember rearrange your room? Do you know how it feels like when you think the TV is sending you messages, and it quotes things at you, things you might have heard someone say like a word or a phrase?

Once again...someone forgot to stay on their meds.

Poor old Tut needs a structured environment with nice padded walls, bolted down furniture, and some old gray-haired nurses to make him take his pills on time.

I must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer. Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration. I will face my fear. I will permit it to pass over me and through me. And when it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path. Where the fear has gone there will be nothing. Only I remain.

I would prefer it, in all honesty I would prefer it, as long as I had books. maybe it would even give me time to write a book.

"The thoughts of an ex Muslim" - " a paranoid schizophrenic trapped in in solitary confinement for his own safety and that of others with a an IQ of 147 tells an unconventional story of his trials and tribulations and how he was crucified by society because of his eccentricity - a life paralleling that of Jesus of Nazareth a man who likes to write a into of himself in 3rd person"

Tut, what's this high IQ business? Having a high IQ doesn't make you anything except a person with a high IQ. It doesn't make you a decent or a useful person. It doesn't make you a nice person. In certain people it can lead to unbridled arrogance, not a very positive trait.
I would say that many of the people, male and female, on this forum have IQs at least as high as yours.
Most of the people I have known who've vaunted their IQs have had a fatal insecurity about them as well.

Just because we don't publicly announce our clinical psychosis on an online forum, doesn't mean we aren't fucked up.

In other words, you have no fucking idea how brave I am (and a lot of women in my case) so don't tell me about how most women would have killed themselves.
