So what had this particular person sown?
That's the tragedy of this story. As far as I know, that particular person has done nothing to make him deserve what he got.
I was giving him the benefit of the doubt by suggesting that the poor guy was probably just trying to eke out a living.
Sadly, because of the ignorant and barbaric ways that really true muslims behave, there will be others who will be victims of events they do not deserve.
So, let's get this straight: You were giving a migrant worker 'the benefit of the doubt'
even though you thought he was a muslim You are obviously very young or else very callous and ill-informed. Ignorance and barbarism come in many forms.
You are suggesting that I am some way advocating murder?
I have never said any such thing, and I find the inference offensive.
I am giving that poor guy the benefit of any doubt that may exist because I know of no information that would suggest that he, on a personal level, provoked anybody. He probably was muslim, but that is not the point either.
When I mentioned that muslims reap what they sow, I was making a veiled reference to Beslan. Russians have are right to be pissed about that, and that poor guy's murder may or may not have been a reaction to that. If it was, it does not justify it. It just seems to be the way it is. It doesn't mean I like it.
The point is this. When barbarity occurs in one place, barbarity will inevitably occur as a reaction (somewhere, sometime). I am not trying to justify it. Sadly, it just seems to happen. Those children in Beslan didn't deserve to die, and I seriously doubt that this migrant worker did anything to deserve to be killed.
Don't put words into my mouth.
Im thinking the Russian reaped what the sowed in Beslan due to then years of atrocities in Chechnya including carpet bombing villages (with thousands of children inside), raping women and torturing countless innocents. And lets not even mention the genocide of chechens following WW2
As a matter of fact, I think future Beslans can be interpreted in this fashion...not that I am justifying Beslan of course...
Do we agree big guy?
